Hired Dog

Baby Eagle...As much as I liked A'Tim, I loved Zodt even more. To me, Zodt was the most influential Malinois in the last 25 years. He had it all, heart, aggression, speed, stamina, everything I could ask for and best of all, he could pass on those attributes to his off spring.

Well, one things for sure. You and I favor controversial dogs. Tongue Smile

I've never bred my dog - but in the past year alone I've had about a dozon people contact me wanting me to sell her. Some even got nasty with me over the phone because I refused to sell. Even going as far as saying I ruined an excellent bloodline by purchasing a dog I never planned to breed. Soo, that alone confirms to me there is much much more to all the hate and controversy toward A'Tim. Although I did assume that all along.

Not only that - but I did get my Malinois registered with the AKC - it took me 2 years - 3 tries with 2 different DNA tests  -- so evidently 1/2 the BS is just that .. BS.

We do like them indeed sir. I am not a breeder, I dont have the time, space or need to breed, but, I do like to see whats out there as far as noteworthy malinois. I am glad you enjoy yours as much as you do and let everyone else complain. I have never bothered to register anything with the AKC, never saw the need, but, it is very interesting to me that an A'Tim off spring was able to be registered.

I know of multiple A'Tim offspring here in the US that are AKC registered, never realized there were any issues with it.  Also some dogs that are out of A'Tim's littermate/sister.

I only know of 2 (other than mine) A'Tim son/daughter in the USA - one in New Mexico and the other in Texas. Both those owners called me about selling/breeding my dog. I know of 2 granddaughters and they are both here in PA.

It would be nice to know how many A'Tim offspring are in the USA .. maybe have a fun trial or reunion with them all. I'd fund it.
