Michael,
I tried raw several times and my boy became sick after each try. I've tried cooking various meats (he loves those but that gets very pricey), tried cottage cheese with his kibble (makes him sick after afew times), a little parmesan cheese on kibble (works sometimes), tried several different dry foods, etc. I think he's going through a phase. I'm sure warm weather makes everything worse.

His weight sounds fine for his height and age, I would quit messing with his food.  If you are feeding him a balanced diet, just feed him that.  All the extras you are adding trying to get him to eat more is just him training you to keep adding things that he likes better than his food.  Picky eater or not he won't starve himself to death.  Just make sure that he has food during a quiet time, like at night, where he doesn't have 10 other things distracting him from eating.  With some dogs I find putting a little water on the food helps, not in terms of how much they eat but it seems to help them "get more out of it".  Just with some dogs, but I've had dogs where if I added water to their food each day, they actually gained weight on the same amount or even less food than if they ate it dry.  The other thing you might consider is changing to a higher calorie food, so he eats the same approximate amount but gets more calories in what he is eating.  I've found Diamond Extreme Athlete to work well with a "hard keeper".

If you do want to add things to his diet, don't do it at dinner time, that just teaches him to pick around in the bowl for the good stuff and leave the rest behind.  Do it during the day as a snack.  Eggs or a raw chicken quarter (with skin) are both good for helping put a little extra weight on.
