Well Tim, as you know I have been trying to give you the benefit of the doubt since the start of this thread.  I confirmed myself the Animal Cruelty charges were dismissed thank God.  But the “Impersonating an Officer” is another big one that you were actually convicted of.  This becomes a credibility issue that would ultimately make the organizations you’re affiliated with, such as the USCA in this case, look bad if they didn’t do something to discipline you.  Happens all the time in big time sports arenas too.  Seems to me this is probably why they denied your membership this year and it may take awhile of good behavior to get it back.

However, you haven't done anything that is totally unforgiveable as the haters on this board would love everyone else to believe.

Well Timmy, the average person involved in working
dogs doesn't seem to be 'singled out' like you are.
There has to be a logical reason for the kind of
attention you seem to draw to yourself.

So again PLEASE learn how to READ !! I Pled Guilty to Only Tampering with a Rec. (tore  up my ticket for Impersonating  and thew it at the cop) The 2 charges of Impersonating  was Dismissed!  ( what the police said I was  Impersonating  is I had  K-9 Unit on my truck with a light bar as well , The cop said I was trying to impersonat a cop, Well I do SAR ( Search & Rescue) and I am by law able to have a light bar on my car/truck and K-9 Unit !! Also I know Many People in USCA who have been to Jail, Prison for , theft, drugs, and many other crimes ! Also a USCA member who is right now under INDICTMENTS   for two counts of larceny over $250 ,000.00 from his MBTA Union! The USCA ( and WUSV World TEAM Member name is JOHN HORAN he is also on the USCA  Board of Inquiry Here is his website

NOW I am not saying he is or is not guilty .. but as you see I am not the only one in USCA who has or is in truble with the law ..
