Mystere, Simply posting the case facts, the results and update would have been sufficent to inform everyone of the facts of this case as found in a court of law. All that was necessary after that was to repost the case to keep it at the top, her ramblings should have been taken in the context that they were written, a delusional person with severe mental problems. If people hadn't responded to all her obviously  deranged comments and participated in all the name calling and other bs the facts would stand alone and I doubt Oli would have seen fit to delete it. Why I said the thread was useless is because everyone wanted her to admit her guilt and show remorse, something she clearly had no intention of doing.

THE DRAMA FROM THIS BS IS STILL ALIVE AND WELL, 6 PAGES OF AFTER THREAD DRAMA, ENOUGH ALREADY.
START A NEW POST WITH THE FACTS OF THE CASE ,THEM WE CAN KEEP IT BUMPED TO THE TOP.i PERSONALLY THINK THATS A MUCH  BETTER IDEA THEN TO HAVE EVERYONE BASHING EACH OTHER OVER SOMETHING LIKE THIS. HELL SHES PROBABLY SITTING BACK LAUGHING AT THE OUTCOME OF THIS .

GSDSRULE,

Yes this is round 2, but the fools posting here will run off the people who know cause one of their buddies was called out and they don't like it. How sad are you people? Hodie has received death threats and is gone so don't count on people to respond to round 3.

Yes GSDRule, this was not the first time this happened.  The last time, a few years ago, if I recall correctly, she had gotten very holier-than-thou about something, I don't remember exactly what, sort of pot calling the kettle blackish, and when it was pointed out and brought out in the open, she just sort of mumbled about everyone not having all the facts, then disappeared.  I think had she reacted that way this time, the same thing would have happened.  Instead she started attacking people, blaming others,  which pretty much was her tossing  a lit match into gasoline.   She has no one but herself to blame for this firestorm.  As far as the finger shakers and tsk tsk'ers now coming out of the woodwork, standing from on high and telling everyone how badly they are acting for reacting to a person who to this day makes no apologies for allowing her dogs to suffer - eh, pfffffft consider the source.

Sue,

Considered.

Michael,

Let her laugh, now she has no one here to read her novels so I guess we get the last laugh. After all it is what she sought was attention now wasnt it and you guys gave it to her cause she could write and knew a little. Again the people you are dealing with here are not always what they seem.

Right Maggie Man.

I don't threaten anyone. I either choose to ignore or to act. Whatever I do is 100% legal and aboveboard. Sometimes, I caution. If I hear of ANYONE on here discussing or disclosing my address, telephone number or anything else, I will be inclined to interpret that as a threat and I may choose to report it to the FBI. There have already been people sent to Federal prison for disclosing personal information such as addresses, which resulted in sabotage of said persons' homes and property. There are also state laws allowing for criminal and civil legal action against cyber stalking.

I'm going to tell you something about the law.. JUDGES interpret it.. THEY DECIDE...NOT you! You may THINK you are OK, you may feel safe in the crowd (mob), and you may even feel that you are doing the right thing. It doesn't matter.. The judge decides. And they follow precedents (jurisprudence). Cyber stalking is a fairly new phenomenon, but the laws are catching up with it. This sort of case has already got precedents which hold people doing this sort of thing responsible. Some were doing prison time, last I heard. And, I am PROUD to say that I helped to bring awareness of the animal rights movement as a form of DOMESTIC TERRORISM, and corresponded with a US Senator who sponsored legislation to increase penalties and prison time for offenders. There's a really horrible Kazinsky-esque manifesto on the internet, called, "Declaration of War; Killing Humans to Save Animals and the Planet".. It used to be on the Tripod site, until they removed it. I sent the good senator a copy of it, on disk.. Legislation followed, soon thereafter.

I am quite sure that many, if not most, of the people who have been flaming me are in fact ANIMAL RIGHTS / ANTI-BREEDING ACTIVISTS, posing as breeders. The rhetoric is the same, and the nastiness is the same. I know that activists are actually TRAINED to say hurtful, nasty things to upset the target, also inflammatory things to incite more people to join them. This sort of thing has been going on for a hundred years, since the beginning of the labor movement.. gathering crowds and firing them up with rhetoric, then firing a shot into the crowd.

Flaming you my ass. Just go away. I have no problem facing a judge with the proposition of discussing the likes of you.  There is something to feeling righteous and honorable and caring for all GOD"S creatures. You care for your sick self.

GOOD GRIEF, WE NEED A BIGGER ROCK!

In fact, I spent so much time and effort studying the animal rights movement, that I traced it all the way back to Marxist / anarchist roots which are still reaching all over the world. The first "father" of the modern animal rights movement was in fact Adolf Hitler. Lots of sick people have embraced the animal rights concept, including that crazy convicted mass murder with the swastika in the middle of his forehead.. Charles Manson! It is considered to be a social progressive movement, which is by definition "radical".. meaning for the overturn or overthrow of the status quo. It has never quite "come out of the closet" as such, however, because it gets too much support across all political / social and demographic levels on the face of it's arguments, and because so many people without respect to politics love animals and will gladly support it.

Animal rights is like so many other things.. Not always what it seems, and it does a lot of cloaking and clever marketing, and actually reaches across a very wide spectrum of forms. And, like other forms of radical activism, it goes from the one extreme of sabotage and anarchism (illegal activities) to the legal and aboveboard forms of legal / legislative activism. Again, this has been the model since the days of Emma Goldman (the anarchist), @ 100 years ago. http://www.bing.com/reference/semhtml/Emma_Goldman?fwd=1&src=abop&qpvt=emma+goldman&q=emma+goldman

If you take the time to read about Emma, be sure to do the follow up on her, when she realizes (at the end of her career as a firebrand speaker), that the anarchist movement was a mistake, betrayed by the Bolsheviks. The Bolsheviks were the ones who overthrew the Imperial Russian government and assasinated the Romanov family. They also murdered all of the remaining anarchists...fellow travelers who now stood in the way.

Here is a very interesting clue for you, and I have always wondered about this.. Henry Bergh is the founder of ASPCA in New York City. Henry Bergh was a wealthy New Yorker who had traveled in Europe and served as the US Ambassador to the court of Czar Alexander II in Russia. Upon his return, he founded the ASPCA in 1866. The anarchist movement is generally thought to have spanned from 1860 to 1939. By 1918 the Czar and his family were dead. No clear connection, but I will always wonder at this coincidence. The story goes that the ideological origins of the SPCA began with Berg's experiences and observations in Russia.
