I spent a lot of time setting at the bench under the trees by euro sports trailer and Saturday spent alot of time under the umbrellas in frt of the club house drinking mikes hard lemonade and marquritas worked up a good buzz Saturday but i was having them throw extra Tequila in the glass!!!

I even spent some money and bought a new sleeve and a fancy new training vest custom made to fit with one of them fancy ball droppers although i did have her move the ball dropper more to the left and lower because if it were still high and up frt the ball would rickoshae off the tummy and end up launching the dog forward!!!

Shade and Reiki being 5th

What a super team, this dog was AWESOME and dominat and one of my favs and a Rott that was there was VERY nice. Yes, some of the scores were off but hey the judge calls it and that is that. Master was super to watch and boy is he one dominant dog. His long bite was slower then what I have seen but either way great dog.

Dude, I was under one of the umbrellas in front of the club house for quite a while Saturday afternoon, right in front of the PA and I didn't see you...and from what you've said here previously, I'm thinking you'd have been hard to miss!

I suffered from a bout of GAS (gear acquisition syndrome) myself and picked up a bite tube and a new bite pillow. I also looked at those vests and will probably be ordering one from her...very nice...did buy one of her "most versatile working breed..." t-shirts, though.

I hate to even bring this up but I looked at the roster and Reiki was the dog that took the dirty bites. In all fairness, I only saw one of them...someone else told me he did it again after the pursuit but I couldn't see it because the helper was between the dog and I. Don't misunderstand this to mean that I didn't like the dog because I did. He's a beautiful animal whose work was excellent...I would be proud to have trained a dog who performed as well and Shade deserved a high score.

I,ve never in my life seen a size 6x trial shirt let alone a versitlae one...
But I had a good time and glad I took the time off work and went met several people there from the PDB and enjoyed all the new people I met there.

Shade and Reiki was impresive to see and being her first time at this level ! Awesome dog and super training!!

Thanks Bob for helping out the liltle photographer with your donation. His mom loved the gift.

Also, big congrats to Mike and Erri for second place, they managed to climb up from behind and do awesome. as a team, they are a well oiled engine now...
