so you're not against feeding raw, but you just posted this response to someone who decided to take the raw plunge and decide for themselves...

"You have been taken in by the Raw feeders it seems, Can you tell me what was so wrong in the condition of your Pup that made you change to Raw, He or she looks good and healthy so why change when the Pup looks so well, I hope not but you may live to regret your change ..."

???

very contradictory

"I know several people whose dogs died from tainted dry food."

Any dog food sold by WalMart is, by definition, tainted.  I'm unaware of any of the quality kibbles having been affected by any of these recalls?

"Are you saying raw feeders are fat?  I must take offense to that remark..."

LOL, it had to be someone...at least it's you so I know you're only pretending to be offended.

"Let's have a contest to see who is in better shape:  owners of raw fed dogs or kibble fed dogs.  That would make for an interesting thread."

I'm game!

"I'd like to see the independent studies, not supported or paid for by dog food companies that show dry food is the ultimate way to feed your dog.  I don't think I have seen those posted here."

And you probably won't...any more than you'll see any studies proving the efficacy of raw feeding.

I never have been against anyone feeding Raw and if you read the letters over a period of time it has been said before, However you read posts how you want to read them to try and Stir the pot, YoU' know full well what it means, The Pup looks in great condition as it is and changing its diet may affect it or upset the condition the Pup is in now I hope it does not,
However it seems you need an explaination for every post you readm Can you follow this one without printing or copying every post

steve they are your own words.  i have no problem reading and have no explanations.

"You have been taken in by the Raw feeders it seems, Can you tell me what was so wrong in the condition of your Pup that made you change to Raw, He or she looks good and healthy so why change when the Pup looks so well, I hope not but you may live to regret your change ..."

the above post is discouraging.

now you write:

"The Pup looks in great condition as it is and changing its diet may affect it or upset the condition the Pup is in now I hope it does not,"

but in a previous post you write that you would love to feed raw, but it's not readily available to you, and you're 'jealous'.

so let me ask you, if you're so hell bent on your dogs being in perfect condition on your premium kibble, why would you want to switch to raw?  why are you jealous of others who have raw readily available to them?  why would you risk changing your dog's diet and upseting the condition of your dog?

all i'm saying is you're inconsistent.  pick one tune to sing.

Just a figure of speech the envy bit, But i would put one of the dogs on Raw just to prove that i would not better its condition. However my dogs are older than the young pup referred to and they would adapt well enough, Saying that i would not expect to see any change to them,  but i would for the crack do it if it was viable for a short period of time
You talk big, so on the G.D side of this forum i asked to see your Dog or Dogs in a Pic you did not reply to that, SO i am asking you again put up a pic of your dogs for us kibble feeders to see. Along with the Dogs full kennel name
