You forgot to mention people breeding for the jumbo-sized eggs, claiming the original eggs were all jumbo-sized. The jumbo sizes are not the old-fashioned style. The first eggs were all medium-sized, right?
And who are you to tell me your hard-boiled egg is better than a pretty fluffy scrambled egg, or a pretty over-easy one? I like a pretty egg to look at in the morning, that also tastes good.
