Snajper69, I looked into the Vets Choice and like that they put in the CoQ10, and Garlic (I take the CoQ10 and Garlic too) among other good ingredients, thank you for you input. Do you use the Health Extension Original?
I thought your comment on cats was quit funny.(sorry cat lovers) However my son loves cats, I am allergic to them. Eyes run, nose drips, and so on not a pretty site.....LOL
Sam1427, I found this link to the MartinsK9 for you hope this helps, you can buy it over the net @ http://www.martinsk9formula.com/store/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=2
Sam, Maybe your dog is trying to tell you something....(FEED ME RAW FOOD......) LOL
Molly, I am still using the TOTW for now the dogs seem to do good on it the only reason I was asking the question was because my breeder was using Canidae and switched to Fromm. However I have been using TOTW and the dogs are going great on it. I have noticed one of my females didn't blow coat when she came into heat, that was different. Not sure if it was the food or not but all the rest blow coat before their heat. (fur bunnies all over the house);-) Have you seen Cliff A and his dogs lately?
I love reading all of the comments, this gives me a good basics to go research the different dog foods.
Thank you all for helping me

Ya think? How about the elderly and the children that are hit hardest by the salmonella outbreak? They don't have much of a say in what they eat either. I don't think they had a say in having bird feathers and rat shit added to their food.
First you say they are owned by the same company but then you mention that dog food companies are 100x more corrupt. Which is it? You're beginning to sound a little PETA-ish. I'd rather worry about what my family is eating than how many 100's of miles I have to drive to get a dog food that won't kill my whole pack.

Because dog food manufactures use left over, many times waste from other production cycles. As well meats discounted that were not suitable for human consumption. Think whatever you want it is a free word, but for food companies it's just business nothing else.
Procter & Gamble is known for dealing with dog food manufactures to sell their "waste" by product of their production cycle. Just one example that I can come up with of top of my head. They even consider buying a pet food manufacture because it would improve their bottom line. Now tell me what Procter & Gamble has to do with dog food? But please be my guest live in denial, I still feed kibble but at least I know the risk associated with it.

"salmonella" - the recent outbreaks of salmonella can be explain by the fact that this bacteria been shown to improve it's immunity to many things that were used in the past to fight it. "it's called evolution". Remember before everyone was recommending sanitizing soap in bathrooms well that was only till the time they found out those bacteria’s become more immune to it and it was found to not be as effective any more. Once again "evolution" at it's best.
