"Sounds low for Kraftwerk."  My thoughts exactly Shelley.

She's probably spayed and they forgot to mention it.

Hell, I have an imported, SchH3, IPO 3, Kkl2 bitch that is cross trained in narcotics detection and apprehension. Extremely nice pedigree  She is bred to a SchH 2(nearly SchH3, the only reason he isn't a SchH3 is because he is qulaified for the DVG Nationals at a 2) Czech male and I am selling her bred for only $5500.  She has previously had a litter from Max Tiekerhook.

Brenda v Ketscher Wald 2150556 was bred to Ellute vd Mohnwiese and had 2 pups in the "H" litter v Ketscher Wald born 17 May 2007, then Brenda had 7 pups in the "K" litter v Ketscher Wald born 18 April 2008 and the sire of that litter was Amigo vd Holzinger Au.

I think I paid about $4500 for my 4 year old, IPO2, SchH3 female, and she had previously had 2 litters. I guess it just depends on what someone is willing to pay for the dog. If nobody will pay it, the dog either doesn't sell, or the price is lowered. That's how the laws of economics and supply and demand work.

Hmmm, I guess I'm the only one who cares about a "G" rated dog bought for breeding. I know I'm picky, but I wouldn't touch a "G" rated 5 year old. Great (for money reasons) that she's a Schh3, but if her bloodlines aren't anything great, then what exactly is making her worth $6500? I would want KKL1, V (or a nice SG), and whatever title...PLUS bloodlines that would make people want to pay enough money to make buying her worthwhile...if I bought a dog just to make money off of. 5 is not old, but pretty old to start a new breeding career.

I have paid similar (read, more) money for a bitch, but she was young, titled,  had EXCELLENT structure, and IMO (and many others) interesting bloodlines that we don't often have access to in the US. To make a dog worth that, she needs to be the whole package. I don't know why someone needs to breed a "G" rated dog in the first place unless they have some EXCEPTIONAL other quality...and it doesn't sound like this is terribly likely in this scenario.

SCH3, well then that is worth at least $20,000 no less

Temperament, working ability, soundness, nerves... So you breed her to a V/KK1 dog to improve the future of your program.
