LOL Steve... yes I am in a temper over that matted odg...I am not a crier...especially in public... This "lady" actually made me cry... I was trying to explain to her that shaving those horrid mats from her dogs HURTS, and he was trying to bite me...especially the mats all around his testicles and anus, and in between his paw pads... It is very easy to cut a dog that severely matted and especially when the dog is struggling.... I felt SO bad for the dog!!! My friend is emailing me the pictures soon...
