I've only been to a couple of trials, but Iron von den Wolfen is one of my favorites so far. At only 3 years old, that dog is going to have a hell of a career in front of him!
Another one I like a lot is Figo vom Fuchsgraben... not only can he bring it on the field, but I met him afterwards, up-close, and he just has an excellent temperament.... I'd take a dog like him any day!
Yogy Policia Slovakia was also damned impressive in protection... stood out to me... unfortunately was DQ'ed *I believe* for not outting.

Pirol van't Enclavehof - http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=120807-pirol-vant-enclavehof - was one of my favorites to watch work. Hard, hard hitting, fast, strong.
