Oprah, the accusation made on this topic is from the actual victim.  She claims this was actually was done to her and she has been a poster on this forum, known by many and liked by many.   Based on what I know about her I do believe her story is very credible.  I always encourage folks to place a complaint with the proper authorities.   This is not conspiracy stuff, but actually is based on a report of what was relayed to me by the victim.  I can't understand why you don't want to set aside ego games and help the victim and help bring this perp to justice.  PM me privately and we can work together on this if you stop acting so wierd and making such off the wall posts and accusations against me here.  And I will then stop acvcusing you of being a multiple serial spoofer or king of hearts.  Now, here is your chance to really help someone on this forum and this is a much bigger deal than being merely falsely accused of being a spoofer.  The victim claims the perp has defrauded her of $5,000 (no statute of limitations on fraud) and has stated that he made terroristic threats to destroy her and her dogs if she ever talked.  This as you may know is a serious felony under all state laws now.  Federal laws and regs may have been violated too.  So this has been a very serious matter.  Let's all work together to bring this threatening, abusive perp to justice.

The O.P. on this thread has simply asked the question "If someone wanted info on a bad kennel or wich ones to stay away from, would anyone out there tell me." If you don't have an answer to that question then why have you tried to hijack this thread and why do you continue on with your B.S.?

Oprah what is your connections with German Shepherd Dogs.  Why don't you post info here on any GSDs that you have and tell us a little about your experience with the breed?  Oh by the way a number of folks who are well known GSD breeders who use this forum know me well and have so for many years.  I have bought imports from some of them.  They also know what you are spouting out here about me is not true.  If you knew what I have done for many years as a licensed practictioner and knew me personally, you would unnderstand why your statements about me are are false.

Also, I did start a specific thread about this specific in home dog trainer advertising psychological dog training, no corections needed thereafter, and then taking her to court to get the papers on the puppy he took and losing.  This individual has appeare on radio shows as is therefore a public figure.  This individual defrauded one of our well known forum users of $5,000, then made felonious terroristic threats to destroy her and her GSDs if she ever told anyone.  It is my understanding that she has told a number of folks who use this forum this man's name.  Because he is a public figure and because truth is an absolute defense against any phony suits he could bring for libel/slander, and as many know it is very tough for a public figure to win a case for libel/slander when the story is backed by facts, court docs and more.  Only chance to win such an action would be if extreme maliciousness was proven and the allegations were false.   And that's near impossible because this lady is well known to be calm, rational and level headed and does not engage in making false allegations.   There may be other victims of this perp out there and perhaps they will come forward and twell their stories.

Preston, who's the individual and who did he defraud? If there is no chance for libel/slander and what you say is indeed fact then post the names.

I can't post the name here.  It is up to the victim to make that decision.  It is my understanding that she has given the perps actual name to other posters on this forum.  I have placed a complaint with someone who is a federal law enforcement official, and is also a member of Homeland Security. It is my understanding that this bully/abuser/perp will be investigated.
