not all clubs have websites though, i wish :) i am waiting on results from a show last weekend as a matter of fact lol and was hounding the VP of the club for the results but clubs are volunteer, and i had to take that in consideration. family and dogs have to come first... in this day and age we all really should try to have webpages and have them updated but again, our lives are so busy, if we had to pay someone sure it would get done but how many clubs can afford to pay someone to maintain a webpage? our club cant.. they have to rely on me when i get the time lol doggman its a nice idea and i hear you !!!

I don't know how this thread started............But, if anyone here has a problem with it, and they are in the New England Region then they should have come to the regional meeting. Then you would have heard the "whole" story and had the facts. It is not jealousy, it is a matter of what is right and wrong. I applaud our region and our Regional Director. It's time that people started standing up for what's right and the little people that get screwed along the way. Donna By the way, the 2007 Sieger show will be held in Danbury CT. and OG Boston is the co-host.

Dawnmarie, no one is asking you to defend your way of life. Clearly you are very busy and devoted to your family first as you should be in the eyes of many. There are simple questions here and the information and partial answers just don't add up. The whole issue just becomes more confusing.

Dawnmarie, It seems that people are quick to rush to judgement even when they do not know all of the facts. I can not possibly know if someone cheated or not. I can only go by the BOI findings. Once again, my assessment is that the BOI is punishing sloppy paperwork in an effort to avoid similar situations in the future.

I agree that things don't add up........this club has had many shows so they are not new to the rules. I think it is a matter that someone tried to slip some extra dogs through the system that were not seen and got caught..too bad the club has to pay the price for a few individuals

The motion Dawnmarie referred to E-Ballot #23-06 was withdrawn and the motion to suspend OG Westconn is clear and concise. The New England RD took a stand against cheating. It is against the rules to handle more than 3 dogs in a USA trial with the exception of a National which is only allowed 2 dogs per handler. If the trial secretary allowed this both they and the handler also need to be dealt with. There was no separate WDA trial that weekend it was a USA trial on Friday the regional show and survey on Saturday and Sunday so it would be an immediate suspension is there was any WDA event held on one of these days. This is not the first time henkel and his club has been in trouble with the USA. The last time the charges were dropped due to an improper filing. The really sad part is the handler of the dogs is a well known trainer and competitor T Floyd. I have made it clear last year with the regional participation issue this person has and will cheat to get anything. So spin this story all you want, the bare facts are they got caught, but the USA hasn’t done anything to T Floyd. Must be nice to be above the rules. The only other disgusting part of this ongoing saga is the disgraceful actions on the part of the USA NBW Karen M. Her attemps to circumvent the rules and use the BAC for her own agenda is reason to question anything she does.

I have met T Floyd many times and found him to be an honest and honerable man.....I can't see him breaking the rules and as I said before .........If he was the handler? he took three in BUT someone else put paperwork in for six

by Dawnmarie on 17 October 2006 - 18:10

none of this makes sence... the ladies in charge of paperwork and entries is THE MOST HONEST caring person i have ever met in dogs.. Pat is just plain old SUPER!!! red i appreciate your post, i was just giving a "scenario" like if the clubs secretary had alot going on like my crazy life lol i have honestly made mistakes in my life from time to time with club things, only because i am human, trust me i am THE most anal person with paperwork and organization, but there has been a time or two where i had submitted something wrong and that is why i can "relate" not making excuses for it, but i can relate... when i see "henkel" mentioned, that to me is a statement against him, he is not the club, he is one of several in that club... whose to say there wasnt a new person in charge of handling the paperwork, doesnt matter how long a club has been around, there are new people joining clubs all the time, we all started somewhere... i was brought up that people were innocent before proven guilty, chuck, why dont you go ask why the appeal was withdrawn... might be something simple. you seem very "bitter". its already been told, there were two shows, two different days, and 3 dogs each show, that is not cheating. if you have a problem with Karen Mac why dont you express it to her, why blow steam here? T Floyd is a great guy too!! jdh, yes i bet the club or ANY club will think twice about how they handle paperwork and when they have shows on two different days to make sure that the papers go on the correct entries for the correct day. hi donna, imo, its hard to tell the difference between righteousness and jealousy here, so many people were upset when the club was going to co host the show and so many are jealous of the powerful kennel in that club, and although not flawless, things may or may not have happened with them through the years, but new situations require open minds and until all the proof is there, folks really should just ask those accused their stance, if they did something wrong, they will have to own up to it, if they didn't there are a lot of apologies due them, this is terrible for that club to have to be "marked" when all they did was not pay attention to paperwork... it would be a terrible thing for those on the east coast, new to the breed looking to join a club and they read this and dont even know the awesome people in that club first hand... i only know like 5 people in the club and they have ALWAYS been kind, helpful to me when i was newer into this, patient... no matter what i had heard prior, i dont judge before getting to know someone... mad, that might be insulting to the judge and the handler like they are just stupid enough to let that happen and they are not stupid and are highly respected people in this sport why would they risk their reputation when shows are a dime a dozen out here... they could have waited til the next day the next week to show? i agree bout T good guy!

by frenzi on 17 October 2006 - 18:10

One handler had 6 dogs entered. Is was a USA trial, you can not have two trials on the same day, this is also against the rules. It doesn’t matter what you think about people, the USA BOI found credible facts and the motion was presented to the EB and passed. So get used to the facts. How else did one person’s name end up on 6 entries for a USA event, and the score sheets for the same event? You folks need a little dose of reality. And this club is henkel’s club, the rest of the people are just followers. And it’s not the only issue from the same event, there are other irregularities the USA is looking at. Like I said, T Floyd has been cheating for years, that don’t mean he can not be a successful trainer, it means he cheats and this time it’s out in the open. The last time henkel and his club got in trouble it was because several people witnessed the trail and there were more dogs on the paperwork than there were at the trial. It was only a technicality that caused the EB to decide not to reopen the BOI case.So go ahead and spin your story, the facts speak for themselves. Cheating is cheating.

by frenzi on 17 October 2006 - 18:10

And these reason these folks "the judge, handler do this is becuase of $$$$$" the handler gets paid very well to put titles on th dog and this judge knows what is going on, his name has been involved with a few questions about signing score books when he was not at a trail several years ago. It's always a few $$$$ that causes this to happen
