I truly understand your point and agree with it. He was given the information to learn about the shilohs early on in this thread, BEFORE the Keizer thread came up.
he has chosen to change the subject heading to give it an unfortunate tone, but....
But, at least, he has now learned.

If people want big fluffy laid back dogs with little heads, I would rather have that in another "breed" than registered as GSDs. Would rather have people who really only want this kind of dog would be better off not having a GSD so it does not need to be diluted for the pet market.
If the intent of breeding GSDs is to breed GSDs then the dogs should be bred to be the true working dog that they are supposed to be and people that don't want or cannot handle that kind of dog should not have them.

Okay, this was a response to suecc's post, which she has since edited, because someone must have told her that the Shilohs in the PDB are NOT mixed breeds.....
Gee, uh, MAYBE because they're AKC registered GSD's, bred under the Shiloh kennel name?? 
The ones I've added myself, mostly from Star's pedigree, I've tried to add as much info as possible, INCLUDING THE AKC REGISTRATION NUMBERS!
Now, if these dogs were born after 1990, as I've explained before, some of the breeders who broke with Tina are doing weird things, like crossing GSD's with Shiohs, or claiming their GSD's are Shilohs, because they are descended for the original AKC registered Shiloh kennel dogs. No, they are not true Shilohs, as real Shilohs are now a rare breed, and are no longer AKC registered, no matter WHAT these breeders say.
Okay? Make sense?
That's one of the main reasons I respond to threads like these, to straighten out all the confusion and misinformation. A Shiloh is NOT a 'badly bred' longcoat GSD. It is a separate breed, and has been for nearly 20 years.

The only info you can choose to have listed or not is ABNORMAL results. ALL dogs that get an OFA number for hips or elbows have their results posted. Period. Abnormal results are not posted, unless specific permission is given to do so.
If people want to own Shiloh Shepherds that's fine. They can do what they want. However, they are no longer GSDs. Once that mix is put in, it isn't coming back out. I'm not sure why this discussion keeps flaring up again and again. There has to be a Shiloh forum out there somewhere for breed lovers to chat with each other.

Everyone here has made mistakes, some of you who do the regular bashing, I could remember all the poorly bred, imported messes that you never laid eyes on and allowed to get bred..and others that have admited to mistakes in the past, but seem to forget that they made those mistakes as they tear into posters who are seeking education about GDSs, breeding, sports, show, or pet quality..I could point all everyone's mistakes out.. Heck..i made some dooseys with trainers and thinking I found a good home for KC when going through a divorce (he is still missing btw and I still search for him on a regular basis), but I have learned, and am still learning. Everyone here is learning. NOONE knows it all (unless you ask my husband, and he will tell you that I know everything..lol) and everyone learns a little something new each day. Its wether or not they use that information for the Good, instead of tossing it aside (like some here have).
Me..I have turned to wanting to find a GREAT German Rottweiler. Would I turn down that perfect DDR Bi-Color Male? Nope. But again, learning has directed me to a different direction, and getting the (as some of you call them) "hog nosed" Dog..is where it lead me. Do I still research GSDs? Yes. And now I have included Rotties and Dobies. Im LEARNING..everyday.
Education is the key. And I am all about education.
