Yes, but was it HIS IDEA? Approval is a whole 'nuther apple cart. And implies trusting ..... YOU. So was this your idea, or what... that keeps getting sidestepped.

The idea came from all the PMs I received on the personal attacks threads. With what those PMs said and with what I have seen over the years, it makes sense. I have looked at other forums and they have sections for each type.
Oli does not dislike this-if it helps with the personal attacks and gets show line people posting. I am pretty sure Oli owned or owns show lines.
Was this my idea? Most of these changes I have had a hand in. Whether they were my idea or I asked for changes or prodded for things to get done. There will be more changes in the near future. Maybe even some huge changes. Just depends what Oli decides to do.

Why not just rename the new forums to something less divisive, like: Conformation Showing and Sport Enthusiasts. Otherwise if you are catering to the weakest temperaments amongst us, you might as well add a third category: the Rainbow GSD, that way all the Liver and Blues and Pandas can have a bash-free soap box, too. |

I missed it Beetree.
I was already going to ask Oli to change the show lines to conformation but I had not put much thought into what to re-name the working forum.
I like the idea and consider it done. Thanks.
I will gladly take comments on the change if anyone wants to add anything about changing the names.

Could I ask a question please. These new forums... showline/conformation, working etc, are they within the GSD section, or to cover all breeds?

Hey, I hate to be a smartarse here, but .. you know when you click on switch breed, click a breed, it takes you to a page that says something like

Opps, didn't all post ... something like if you have questions click the forum link ? Right before your chosen breed link it always says German Shepherd, even though the link it's self is your chosen breed. Just saying.
