Ok, last post. If you go into the county's website, do the search yourself you will find that they were NOT duplicates.
That's how many charges of the same violation on the same day. Again, they are NOT duplicates.

There was no comparison, person to person, between TH and JWG. I was making an analogy, using a name that everyone knows is guilty, making the point that he was no less guilty before the bodies were found, just like TH is no less guilty simply because, YOU, Maywood, haven't seen it with your own eyes. 

Why is anyone giving TH so much attention? ALL publicity is good publicity! Can't we let this thread die? He's a narcissistic freak; we're just giving him what he wants.

Charges aren't convictions.
I don't care about traffic charges or unlicensed dogs or any of the petty stuff.
All I care about are the cruelty to animals charges. Was he convicted in any of those cases?

And as with all public records, these are ultimately charges made against him but whether he was found guilty or not remains in the details.  It at least appears the Cruelty/Animals charges were ultimately dismissed. 

So was he guilty as charged in all those cases ?

Because I just looked at my records (lol) and I do see all the 14 disorderly conduct charges I got over the years going to political rallies and I was never convicted of even 1 charge due to the first amendment. All were dismissed by a Judge on my first court date.

So I know they list all your "crimes" without the final court decision. Or at least they did for me.

If you all would Read the website you would see that they all was  Dismissed on 11/05/2007 

I did nothing wrong and they all was again Dismissed on 11/05/2007  .. Also look I did not eaven have a Big $$$$ lawyer I had a PUBLIC DEFENDER  ! I think this says alot! It never made it out of Pre-Trial ! If you would like to know more about this Please call me anytime 937-342-0832  I would be more than happy to talk with anyone! Also the pound Never took any of my dogs at anytime, So how much CRUELTY was going on for them to leave all the dogs in my care during this court case?  This case had nothing to do with my dogs it was a political move on behalf of the pound that did not work out well for the pound as in the end I walked away with ALL my dogs and All Charges being Dismissed all again with a Public Defender as my Lawyer not some big $$$ lawyer!!
