Rather than just throwing names out there, if someone wants to find out for themselves who the best trainers are, go to a national event and find out which at which clubs the competitors train. If there's more than one member from a club, I'd start thinking that club's training director is probably pretty good. If that club sends multiple competitors to national events for several years, then I'd probably had to consider that club's training director a top trainer.

CrashKerry,

Listing training directors is still a personal opinion! That is what most of these statements on this post have done, listed training directors. I'm asking for history!! I've stated who I thought was the top ten based on what those people have done, and that was based on research. Unless the training director have done these things it still haven't answered my question. Hell, some of the people I listed are they own training director!!

Now, can any of you keep your damn personal feelings out of it??

Relax and take some happy pills with me.  I think it is B.S. to criticize somebody or somebodies choice.  I also noticed that quite a few people on here are regional, but you can't fault anybody for that.  You asked everyone for their opinion and they gave it.  Like I said you never asked people who shouldn't be in the top 10, but you know how these threads take turns.

Why can't a training director be a top "Trainer"?   There are several training directors in Germany that have helped multiple teams win multiple championships.    Ivan Balabanov and many others are training directors that have won nationally and worldwide.  I don't see the problem.  There are alot of great training directors that enjoy helping others more than standing on the podium.  Would you say that 100% of the business owners in the Boston area are better and know more about business than the bussiness department at Boston college and Harvard?

Honestly, if you know that these people's choices are not in the top 10, then you must have your top 10 in mind.

Please post yours!  I'm very interested.

What the "Hell" is a Happy Pill??

If you had really read my last statement you would have notice that I said it was okay if a training director was added if they them self had those accomplishments. All I'm asking for is a little U.S. History. I'm not interested in Germany, or what they do. Just the good old U.S. of A.

Now I know most people don't have enough U.S. Schutzhund History knowledge to compile a list. You did and your list had some thought to it. But, most just want to give a "Shout Out" to their favorite trainers.

I have already!

I apologize!  I read your list a few days ago and didn't look at the poster name.

I think my post was misunderstood.  I was in agreement with you, but you know and understand that many people on here don't get out of their region.  They can only answer with the knowledge they possess.  That is why seminars and going to national events in your region are so important.

Happy Pills are whatever you can get to make yourself more pleasant.  I will be taking mine in the form of beer at around 5 o'clock this afternoon.

This is a great topic and a controversial topic.  Unless you go on wins alone, there will always be differing opinions.

I doubt many people want to respond given the op's rather disparaging attitude.

Now I like that kind of happy pill. I think I'll have one or two myself.
