Don  : Randy is a neat man with encouragement all the way   a real veteran in the Sport...and he is an avid Nascar fan , which makes me like him more....lol... He has a nice demenur about things with no cocky ness or smart allic attitude....

Yes I have earned bronze, silver, gold, and a Master Gold Performance Medals all earned on dogs I trained from 0 - and all dogs I bred myself.  But I don't do seminars or train dogs for a living, so I certainly don't expect to be on any list -

Congradulations Margret Oops I mean Molly fruedian slip    That is quite a list of accomplishments.  You are credit to the breed more breeders should follow your example.

Joanne got Enno from Cathy Jobe.... with the agreement that she wouldn't compete  him in any US National competitions!  Guess Cathy didn't want to see Enno do so well on her doorstep, when she washed the dog out.  Good for Joanne, for showing what this dog really had to offer!

She sure put it on the field with great work.

Yep!  Enno was a throw away dog!  Maybe Cathy Jobe didn't understand how Enno needed to be trained!  Like what motivates the dog best!  That is why I like Joanne's training methods.  She uses what works for the dog!

IMHO, half of a handler being successful with a dog is knowing which dog(s) suit you, and vice versa. The best dog in the world hasn't got a shot at the top with the wrong handler. How hard this lesson is to learn sometimes! I don't like the term "throw away dog," anymore than I like it when people say "getting rid of" dogs/puppies. In my book, there's a dog for every handler, a job/handler for every dog... somewhere. Our jobs as breeders and professionals is to find the RIGHT match for both. Yes, its time consuming, often means taking less than what a dog might bring elsewhere, but its a responsibility that goes with the turf.

There is no competitor that I am aware of in U.S. history in regards to Schutzhund that has a record that can come anywhere close to equaling the record of Karoly Meszaros.

13 trips to compete at the WUSV out of the last 15 years. 2006 High Obedience WUSV, 2008 High Tracking WUSV. Is there anyone else close to a record like this?  This is also with 4 dogs over 15 years which is amazing in itself.

In my mind, there simply is no comparison this side of the Atlantic.
