I am Malinda Julien, breeder of this pup, Zach.

Mrs. Corbet has been consistenly unhappy with this pup from day one.  We have consistently said we would fly to California, drive to California, pay for the pup to be put on a plane SEVEN times with a FULL REFUND>

We were told:

1) the pup is not of pure bred GSDs because she was told they don't come in this color

2) He has a rib sticking out

3) at 9 weeks both his testicles weren't down so he was going to have to have surgery for $3K according to his vet

4) They did not want to return him because we'd kill him

Etc... etc... etc...

We have retained 3 of this litter for our own program.  We have several out who are just fine.  We have done everything possible to assist this family all to no avail.  I can not vouch for all these problems as she has not returned the dog.  Even neutered we again offered FULL REFUND!!

She has written us praise emails, then emails about how terrible we are.  We have never said an unkind word to her. ONly offered her the guarantee which is no questions asked full refund.

As a breeder, there is nothing more I can do.

I love how everyone just decides to jump all over the breeder without any input at all.  There is two sides to every story.

So, if this woman is so drastically unhappy with this  pup WHY has she not accepted ANY of our offers and refused them? We have reached the end of our ropes and there is nothing more we can do.

We try our very best to have the type of dogs we ourselves would want to own and we retain out of each litter.  This pup was sold to her at a pet price of $800 USD.  We have stood by our word and our name the entire time. No questions asked.

You all can keep on bashing us and such, but you really need to get the entire story.

I don t think Id be calling Brittany a dummy , yet.....Lemon Law is not for automoblile alone,,,,,,,,,   Lemon Law is a broad spectrum legal term: commonlly used in the automotive industry.......

Oh, I didn't add...

She also said he was a dwarf, then she said she didn't want the papers because he was a mixed breed.

I have tons of emails.

Racket? I don't have a racket and I don't breed Standard Poodles and Giant Schnauzers!  I own them and show them, but only have one Giant Schnauzer who was a gift from a dear friend because I showed his sire and grand sire.  The Standard Poodles are co owned with my friend in Dallas.  They are not even on the property.

Here is an email from her and you can see my original. :)

to malinda julien

Hello, my husband wants to keep him, he is not very happy but says there is no reason to send him back because of body shape and the non decended testicle. We will not file the AKC paperwork so no need to send it to us.

thanks.

Dear Sandra:
Do you want me to make the arrangements for his flight back? I can get your refund to you immediately. I'd like to get him back as soon as possible.

This was written on Dec 11, she got her pup on Dec 9

And there are plenty more where this one came from.

She has consistently been slanderous and dishonest and we have done nothing but live up to our guarantee.  You should see the ones telling us about how wonderful he is inbetween these.

Every breeder's nightmare!

And, for what it is worth, 12 of these pups are just fine, 3 of them are right here with me.  And this male has NOT been bred again.

Yes, what is stopping you from returning the puppy?   The breeder is willing to give you a 100% refund AND retrieve the puppy at her own expense.

Hello, this is my first post here. Mostly I just read and learn but this is too much. I personally know and have visited this breeder and her kennel and seen this litter with my own eyes, once when they were small and still with their mother, and just last weekend, when I saw two of this dog's sisters, who are absolutely beautiful, healthy girls. My coworker has the other sister, a dog I track with frequently, who is without a doubt the most outgoing, bright puppy I've seen in a long, long time. Our vet gives her rave reviews every time she is seen for her robust health and sunny disposition. I have had two of Malinda's dogs myself, both with excellent temperament and health, and she has been the most supportive breeder I've ever worked with. I simply cannot stand by and watch her slandered in this manner, with posts of half-truths and people posting just ASSUMING that the original poster is telling the complete truth, when she/he is obviously speaking on raw emotion and hyperbole opinion of what she/he PERCEIVES to wrong with this dog.

I KNOW Malinda honors her guarantee. I've seen her drive half-way across the United States to pick up a puppy simply because the new owner did not like the color (and this was a sable puppy going through coat change who ironically turned out to be one of the DARKEST sable females I've seen, that ignorant woman's loss).

I'm rather disappointed that so many people just ASSUMED the breeder was guilty and not seen that there really ARE two sides to every story. I hope none of you are ever "blessed" with an unreasonable puppy buyer that just cannot be made happy no matter what. Malinda has said she will refund their money and take the puppy back. Often times puppies make "miraculous" recoveries when placed in another environement. I would suggest that they do that and take their fight to the truly BAD breeders out there. You have the WRONG person to attack here.

She says we won't return any emails.

Here is one from June 5th of this year!!

"Thanks for the offer, but my husband worries that this wonderful pup will be put down if we sent him back and not given to a good family (I know this is not to be our worries). He is everything you would want in a dog but for the hip displasia and he is not growing. I have attached the vet notice you can see he is still 28.5 pounds and he is 9 mos. I am very conflicted on him because he is absolutely wonderful, everywhere we go people ove him, they never mention my female.  My vet says he can live a relatively normal life but he cannot jump cause the one hip is ready to come out and we have to use anti inflammorty and glucosamine.  If you can give me some advise on this condition and what type of life the dog would have I greatly appreciate it, we have no one to talk this over with, Tyson is like send him back, but we are greatly attached to him. So my question is in your experience have you had or been around puppies with this, and can they live normally or is this a deth sentence? Im trying to find information on the web, if you can provide like you did on the testicle I would really appreciate it. Attached is Zach's picture you can see what a wonderful dog this is, I would just like more information on this condition and what if anything can be done.  If you believe this is hopeless and better for the dog to return, I will talk over with my husband and pay for a return flight.  Please let me know your opinion I am currently searching the web for more information.

This male is not being bred again. We will gladly refund your money in full upon return of your puppy.  Let us know when  you want to fly him into DFW and we'll make sur eyour money is completely refunded. There is absolutely no reason to submit your vet notice as we do not require that, your word is good enough.

Let me know the flight dates.

Malinda julien

Now, how in the world is this not me painstakingly not taking care of this?  I have consistently said the same thing and with each passing day there is a new disease this dog has or something!

I apologize, it's looks to be from your website that you are breeding Giants and Standard Poodles.  It's a bit deceiving.  It's not clearly stated that these are links.
