Shelley, Preston Heller is not the Preston who posts here.
How do I know? Preston Heller trains almost every Sunday at my local SchH club with his boy Pax: http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/430914.html. I asked him once whether he was the Preston who posts here, and he said he was not.
That said, the "PDB Preston" is also a very knowledgeable guy, especially with regard to show bloodlines over the last half-century. While I did not agree with his take that a GSD with correct temperament does not feel fear, some of the abuse he took for his position was simply piling on. I certainly valued his contributions far more than those of some of the bomb-tossers who chose to attack him, and I regret that he stopped posting.
