yellow rose of texas - I have not sold you anything?? I don't even know who you are? 8 years ago? What are you talking about? I have NEVER EVER not honored my contract and agreement.  NEVER! I have only had 2 pups returned to me in all these years.  One they couldn't keep because he became too high drive and was replaced with an outstanding boy who is still with them and I see them all the time and one who was sold as a police dog and the owner never trained him and couldn't keep him anymore.

If you have something you are saying you got from me and I screwed you, I certainly don't know anything about it!

The standard poodle, Elliot, is NEUTERED. The female has had all age-appropriate testing to date (CERF and OFA prelims). She has not been bred. She is a UKC champion, needs one pass for UKC Grand Champion, she is growing hair for AKC competition. She is currently showing AKC obedience. She will not be bred until all titles and testing are complete. Just because someone posts their dogs' picture on a website does NOT mean they're "breeding" them. Perhaps they're just proud of them and choose to share them with other dog lovers. Gosh people can be so mean. . .

which is fine.  it just seemed to me at first glance that those dogs were being bred there too.  my mistake.

aw, hellfire, Rezkat5, it doesn't matter. And so what if I were breeding those too?  What if I have a great time with my dogs? What if I were going to breed 8 litters, 10 litters or 1 litter?  I only breed GSDs.  I breed them because they are out there on the street with police officers.  So what if I show them too? Sell the appropriate ones as family companions?  This litter (z litter) was bred to retain this drive .... we did. Several of these dogs are with police officers.  We had a large litter (quite unexpected) and I offered some of these to the public. 

As long as I stick to my word, do my very best to breed dogs that I would own and continue to prove my dogs in several arenas, then what the heck?  

I love lots of breeds of dogs,... I may even own a few.  But this is all I do. I don't have a "day job". 

I have done nothing but be responsible, respectable and patient with this buyer.  She is simply refusing.

LOL!!! Rezkat5, you are a hoot! hackles...  :)  pilo erection!  But I have every right to be hackled up! Did any one of you say "what is the breeder's side?" no... you just all assumed.  As for Yellowrose of Texas, not sure who you are, but I'd sure like to know ... 

anyway, I don't want anyone to ever think that I don't know that things can and will go wrong.  We have no verification of any of these charges and the vet who saw the pup before it was put on a plane certainly didn't miss all that! 

I just am tired of this woman.  Non stop praise then insults, then praise, then more diseases, etc....

We offered her money back plain and simple from day 2.  and again and again and again. 

As a breeder how do you think I feel knowing this poor pup is going through all this constant vet visits and such? Why have NONE of the others had any problems? I have cried over this pup and my husband one foot in the truck to drive to California and get him!  But as you see, they won't let go.  I hate to know what these people have done to my pup.  And if ALL of this is true: (i.e., dwarfism, misformed mouth/tongue, flailing rib, too small, did not grow, teeth problems, hip dysplasia, elbow displasia, mixed breed, etc... etc... then I definitely want to see this pup myself and find out what happened.  We have not even rebred this fine stud dog because of these allegations because we don't know the truth!

I am going to consider this matter closed on this open forum.  Continue to debate if you want Ms. Corbet, but the truth stands. REport me to anyone you want and I'll just print the emails you sent and the ones I sent. 

I take great pride in my dogs.  I have worked hard for them and to live the life where I can be with them 24/7.  I am proud of those who serve and those who are in loving homes.  I can't ever say something won't go wrong, but I am always behind them.... 100%

Enough of this ... I am worn out with this woman.
