i think you need another picture with his extended leg towards the viewer, so we could get a better look at him. it looks like he is still filling out, you said he was 1 and a half years old, my boy just turned 4 and he just finished getting body mass. anyway is he to young to be bred, i would wait till he's 3 years old.

his head is alittle small (but then again i've been lookinga at  alot of DDR dogs) and his shoulders look a little weak, which might be because hes still growing.  I suggest waiting at least another year.

Kiserhoff, you can't be serious.

come on what in the world are you thinking. why do you want to breed him. do the world a favor and neutere that poor crippled american dog or whatever that thing is.

maybe you can sell the puppies as rare, ass dragging crippled gsd.
