Why does (almost) everyone on this board have to be so dam mean? I know you guys all got your own agenda's on what you feel and think about GSD's but did it ever dawn on you a little compassion (or at least look the other way) goes alot further than the nit picking. Or maybe just "leave it" or "don't feed it" .....

I remember why (and who) Hodie finally decided to leave. Maybe Echo bugged her, I really don't remember but probably, but it wasn't why she left. I wish she hadn't left but I sure ain't gonna bring up the user name of who caused her to leave. God help them, again!

When I read some of these posts it never fails to remind me why the world is in such a f_cked up place! If people can't ignore the little things how are they going to ignore the big things? Or maybe it is all the big things making people more uptight in general. Sit back, have a beer, take a deep breath and realise.... you are not going to change the world. If you don't like something or what someone is doing or saying, by all means say so, all thats needed is "I don't agree and think you are wrong" not all this silly shit like kids do in school. In fact when my kids were little if I heard them name calling and degrading someone to this extent they would have had a serious go around with " Dr. Do-Good" who was a wooden spoon. I try to stay out of this crap because it doesn't become me, and really I at times cannot tell who is the fool!

OMG~!!!!!  4Pack!!!  that is just too funny!  I am going to go dip my keyboard in water and let it dry now, just spit coke in it!!!!!

Ebonezer Schrooge (SP?) learned a great deal from a ghost!  If you were not so defensive maybe you could be enlightened too!  But, then again, you would have to become humble and pliabel.  I find when I learn the most it is when I am being humble!

Vickie,  again good advise,  I am for the most part a humble person in life.... However having to defend every single thing on this board might make it "Appear" differently.   quite frankly I have tried many times NOT to get defensive on this board,  but holy cow sometimes enough is enough,  I mean really do you enjoy eating shit every night for supper,  or is filet mignon a nice change now and then ???

I have said it time and time again,  More good would come from posts that were constructive rather than inflamatory, name calling, bashing, posts that only serve to turn people AWAY from a place that they COULD gain some knowledge from.

I don't dispute your credibility or your knowledge you lay it all out,  I don't dispute animules credibility or knowledge,  heck I don't even dispute Spook, or sueincc's knowledge but it does sort of peeve me a little when they can not Recognize that maybe some one out there in the world NOT as BIG as they are might have a tid bit of useful information to share with someone who comes looking for it,  and it would be nice to be able to share that tid bit without being attacked and called a MORON.  God forbid anyone tries to help anyone around here..... 

The whole thing started because I called them to the carpet for the making the SAME ASSUMPTIONS and then posting an opinion based on those ASSUMPTIONS just like I had done previously and had been sent to the Electric Chair for.....  it's just BS,  I mean geez if your gonna nail someone else for doing something don't turn around and do it yourself and then pissy when your called on it !!

again Vickie,  good advise,  and I do know there are things I "COULD" learn from animules, spook, suincc, 4pack and others who wish to behead me,  But I doubt any of them will ever be civil enough to allow the lessons to sink in.  It's a little Sad.

Thank You, I love them to death and if I have to take a second mortgage on my house to fix their hips I will in a second. I know there are good breeders but my old man who is on his last legs his breeder is the worst. She is on the Eastern Shore of Va. I met a lady at a dog festival thing we have here and said what a beautiful dog where did you get him? Turns out same breeder. He at 6 months is starting to experience all the things mine started with around 6. And he is such a wonderful smart dog with the best disposition I have ever seen. If only she would stop breeding the offspring of her first female, who wasn't OFA checked. It kills me to hear these idiots who buy a shepherd and at the first heat cycle are looking to make their money. No hip checks and too young. Then they end up with a bunch of puppies they can't sell to people that have half a brain and they cycle continues. I wouldn't trade my experience for anything because the two babies I have would be dead right now, The breeder would have put the female down when her hip check came back bad and the little boy when the testicle didn't descend. She tried to get him back but I wouldn't give him back, To her credit she returned every bit of my money probably a pay off for my silence. But I won't be silent long 1 more year till I get both of them their official OFA hip checks posted on the OFA board and this website. I haven't read all your posts but I see someone calling you a troll, I don't see why you speak the truth from what I have seen so far

ohhhh  NOW That is COMPASSION,  You show you care a great deal about your dogs,  and YOU certainly are someone I would get along with very well !!    I too would do anything for my babies,  they are (even though some don't approve)  like our kids,  and we LOVE them with all our hearts !!    Your babies are DAMN lucky to have you and I'm glad they do,  sounds as they have you 110% all the way,  That is so commendable !   

I want to say to you as well,  That there really is a wealth of knowledge to be learned from people on this board,  don't let what they say to me run you off,  I sometimes say the same things they do regarding a specfic subject,  But I TRY to say it nicely so it would be received,  after all the best advice in the world means nothing if the receiver will not Heed it because of the fashion it was given....

This whole thing started becuase you were caught in yet another lie, & ever since you've been acting a little baby spewing crap all over the board.

I would venture to say the receiver,  anyone willing to give advice wins nothing,  however they have the peace knowing they have offered to help,  but offer that help in a fashion that it could be well received,  well..  Then you have done something UNselfish and satisfactory.
