now that you say Judge,  I may have that wrong,  surveyer and warden are the same or no ???  Honestly I don't know,   I am not familiar enough with European Lingo,  so I may have posted surveyer where warden should have been,   NONE the less.........

Honest mistake if it is wrong.  I appologize,  but was thinking surveyer and warden are the same until you brought up the word Judge.  That made me think I might have it wrong....

That is ok.  I am just lonely and borded.  My hubby does Federal Security and is working midnights for FEMA for a while.....I get lonely at night.  It was a good puzzle though!

I am going to jump in the pool for a bit and then hit the hay!

Ohhh ya that's a guy in North East Washington, I think.   I know of him but don't know much about him,  He has always presented himself as a decent person.   Ya we did that link thing I explained earlier...   :-)  His link is on my site and mine on his.
