AGAR-I'm really sorry you feel that way.  We'll just have to agree to disagree about the fairness or lack there of :)  I enjoyed you being there that day regardless of the outcome.  Please understand that Tim (his opinion/evaluation of agar, etc) has nothing to do with my post-i was giving MY opinion of what I saw in comparison to what I have seen (prior to this sch club that i belong to now).  I have my own experience having worked with dogs-bomb, police, narc, dual purpose, patrol, pets.  And i'm not saying i know more than your trainers or anyone else.  I just don't want you to think that the conversations we had that day were based off of Tim.  They weren't.  I feel bad that you have a situation that you need a protection dog-i think its awful you live with that.  IF agar works out for you-great! you spent enough time and money, you deserve it.  I just didn't want a misconception of my club and its members...everyone there liked you and we were welcoming to you and trying to provide information, videos, and examples for you to gain knowledge.

i'm not here to change your mind or anyone elses about Tim.  I wish you luck with Agar.  Hopefully BW and I will see you on the field one day :)

Take care,

Aimee

Sorry about not having your back Agar. I wasn't aware the "Master Trainer" was still at work. When did this take place anyway? I yi yi, sorry again!

Aimee,

Considering that you posted video clips of Agar doing "sport work", do you clips that show the other dogs being worked that day, under the same circumstances?  I'm curious to see what you consider "correct" behavior under such circumstances.

I'm not trying to be a smart alec, and I'm not touching that whole "Tim Helser" issue.  Enlighten me.

Aimee,

If you train with Tim Helser that shows how little you know.

If you were trying to be so nice and encouraging to Agar, you would not have posted any video of her dog without her permission. Your intentions are not good

Nuff said, I'm done

sch babe...correct responses...my point was any response would have been nice.  There was a scenario with Agar in a car...he only reacted to an exposed sleeve and barked at another dog-the helper stuck his hand in and got licked by agar..  My dog BW (3rd training session that day) was put in my car and hit a hidden sleeve through the window.  This was a very similar situation to agar as the helper grabbed me outside of my car the same way as outside agar's car.  my dog barked, hit the glass, tried to come out of the sun roof and bite...he had NEVER been aggitated in a car-EVER...and had never had the opportunity to hit hidden equipment.  Sorry I don't have video of that.  I will check the cd's I have of video from that day though.

Get a real dog...don't put the cart in front of the horse...i have left the tim sh*t slinging out of all this. and i'd ask you to do the same.  you have no idea of my accomplishments or qualifications.  My intentions are not good?? How do your intentions look right now?

I posted what I saw...plain and simple.  I called AGAR a couple times today PRIOR to posting...but was ignored.  I was offended that she thought she was mistreated by our club members-she pointed out her problem was only with Tim...not with me or the other members.  NUFF SAID. issue cleared up.

These movies sure put a kink in Agar's $ 1000.00 stud fee! Pedigree alone is not enuff!

Ugh, how tacky to share a private email on a public breed board.

don,

I am in Alabama. 30 miles from Ashville....Does that help?

harddawq,

I agree as I said in my reverse analogy about golf, but what are you saying? It's ok for clubs to be hard to work with because the "real" trainers who really want it will push through? I cannot agree with that. I understand the real world isnt perfect, but I dont think it has to be. Is it that hard to want common courtesy? To treat others as we would want to be treated? That others could learn to look past their own selfish goals and help others? I am sorry, I think it can happen. Maybe not in schutzund (time will tell) but it can happen..
