Moderator - good idea or bad? - Page 13

Exactly Sue! "If it ain't broke, why fix it?" With the amount of success this board is seeing/number of hits/posts daily. I don't see why Oli would want to change things.

Bottom line, Oli's board and his decision. If we don't like what he does, then we can unsub or not read it.

Sue, I am aware Echo had 'issues'. I don't know her whole history on the boards, but she did tend to over-react to what was said to her.

That aside, now that we know there is a TOS, what do we do? How to do this fairly?

How about this: everyone reads it over, then we have a poll as to whether people want to see it enforced by moderators. Majority rules. If the vote comes out 'yes', Oli picks the mods.

Sound fair?

That's not a "vote" item.  As has been said numerous times, this is Oli's board he aloows us the privlage of using.   If Oli ever decides he wants a moderator other then himself, that is his decission.  To even think a decission like that would be open for vote is..............

Um..Don---just curious cause of the daisy duke reference--are you refering to my dog Boss Hogg? or is that just a cowinkydink? cause i haven't posted a pic of him on here(im pretty sure) since i first came on this site about a month or more ago, except for today on another thread  where we were discussing pics of dogs being stacked and i put one of him being spread eagle as a joke....

and on some of my post i put my myspace link, are we not suppose to do that? I don't sell anything, i have one GSD as a pet--no kennel or anything like that, i just put it on there (and i wish others would to if they have one) because i think if you frequent a site ALOT and you read the post from the same people and you kinda get a feel for who the are...its nice to be able to put a face/person behind the people you talk to...also i have lots of pics of all my dogs on my myspace page, but if im not suppose to put the link on here just let me know...

Relax and go to Razoo's and get yourself a Hurricane.  You have nothing to worry about.  I can't find those damn Daisy Dukes, anyway.

I for one, was anxiously awaiting the picture of Don in his Daisy Dukes.  Please do not dissapoint, keep looking.
