By the way, if anyone is looking for a male that can still do nice sport work/personal protection and breeding the dog that Alyeska GSD mentioned is very nice!! The price is very fair, and he is a strong dog with a lot of power (with no handler aggression). I would suggest giving Landis a call... David Kiewel d_kiewel@hotmail.com www.kiewelworkingdogs.com

I am going to include a dog that is so overlooked, but, available in this country... 2000 Universal Sieger, V-Camp v. Muhlteich SchH 3, FH 2, IP 3. This is a very powerful and serious dog, yet social to his family and handler. He has the absolute 'V'rated structure that we should all want to see in our working dogs. I am not biased to this dog, but, I am very impressed with what he brings to his progeny and the hip record which is maintained all through his lines. The stability of his offspring is outstanding...puppies are in homes for SchH, SAR/FEMA, Service/Seeing Eye Dogs, Dual Purpose, ect....they are not just for 'sport' but are also for 'real' life.

Update: Volan is NOT for sale! I have a recent litter out of him, his second at my kennel, and I have not been as impressed with a litter in a long time! Volan will be staying with me!!!
