True, unless someone has an operational Pentium 90 based computer(or earlier), or pre-Power PC Motorola based computer. Also, dedicated CPU geeks know how to disable the CPU ID function on anything up to an Intel Core2Duo processor, and re-write the BIOS to block any reporting function that may be embedded in the other motherboard components or modems inside the computer case.

NO, even a computer with a pentium 3 chip emits a secret id tag.  This is known only to certain dedicated folks in the NSA and select officers in the new FBI Cyber-terrorism Center.  Plus all printers emit secret hidden electronic codes and images embeddded on the paper when printing, ink jet and laser.  Of coarse all emails, even spoofed ones through "proxies" are easily traced by these folks I mentioned above.  I knew an agent that could trace any email in 20 minutes or less, even if it was masked, spoofed or proxied.  Plus almost every computer now has secret key logger software embedded in its "firmware" that can easily be accessed by intel operatives.  And of course since you have a security clearance you must know that the FBI carnivore program has certain secret subprograms which can identify folks by frequency, style, and pattern of keystrokes.  And then there is always the promis software to assist.  I'm sure you know about that.  You now that whole Inslaw affair of years past.  It was quite a flap, you knw.

Unfortuately, there is always a back door around the most elaborate cybersecurity via legacy hardware and software; this is one of the nasty facts that keep old farts like me employed in the pursuit of protecting our infastucture against the intrusion of undesirable types into the systems that run our fair country. I have been at it well before there were any X86 processors; I was writing assembly code in 1971...I know things that I wish I did NOT know.

No, when a perp has already been identified with photos, voice recordings, witnesses with affidavits he has been made there is no need for concern about tracings. Of course you never replied to my question of whether you are the perp himself that place the "friendly warning" as an additional threat to the victim, or an associate put up to it.  It wouild be helpful if you clarified this for all the folks on this forum that know the victim personally and have already been briefed on the details of the case, minus the perps identity.

NO, you never responded to my question of what you as a badgehlder suggest for victim of another badegeholer to do?  Now with all your experience how about stepping out here and coming forth with some good advice as to where she should report the out of control K9 procurement Officer too:  an aplhabet agency, dept of justice, CIC, IG, what would you suggest.  Heck, you may even know this badgeholder offender, abuser of women if you are not him.  Certainly you have a lot of explaining to do to foks on this forum that care if a fellow GSD breeder is stolen from, and terriorized by a person who has a badge and a gun and says they specialize in killing.  

If you are not the perp or his surrogate, please prove it by providing some high level assistance to this fellow GSD enthusiast who has been victimized.  Oh, by the way, are you a man or a women?

No, one more thing I forgot to ask you as a homeland security badgeholder with a security clearance.   Do you think the victim should share the perps name with everybody on this forum and the other forums she participates in?  Or do you think it is better to "let sleeping dogs lie" as long as the perp ceases and desists, or do you think she should just proceed with having as much investigation and prosecution by federal and state agencies done as possible to create heat for the perp.  Do you think certain authorities would want to set up a sting to catch the perp in continued harassment and cyberstalking?  Maybe you could ask your close associates at work and get their opinions about this too.  Any input like this would be helpful to the victim, who is a very nice lady and well liked by quite a number of others who use this forum.  Since you are so new, nobody knows much about you on this forum.  Maybe you could fill us in so we know eher you are coming from.  Have a good day.

Not only are the feds that I work for narrowing the gap, so is the state that I am living in. I hate to say it, but it is coming down to "every man, woman, and child for themselves".

NO how come you won't answer my questions and give some good advice to the victim based on you fed badge experience?  Don't you care about a fellow GSD enthusiast?   Don't you think all GSD enthusiasts should stick tiogether and help each other out? 

A person like you could be most helpful, no?  And any help by you would likely be most appreciated by the victim who probaly doesn't want to go to world war three over this unless necessary.  I do think she is starting to get very angry like most victims do when they start getting help from the authorities.  I expect that he, her ffriends, and family, and a couple (let's call them associates) are probably now on full alert, should the perp attempt to make good on his prior threats.

Last time I checked, Australia was not in Europe, but geography changes so rapidly...as to lending help, the skin of my teeth wore off ten years ago, and my gums are getting raw. The Republicrats have kicked the **** out of me; I would love to wake up on January 1st to find Ron Paul and Dennis Kuchinich running the show....hey, we can still dream, can we not? I truly wish I had some sage advice for those who have been ****ed over by the powers that be, but I cannot offer much more than telling them to move all their assets off shore before the IRS hits them with a trumped up jeopardy asessment. The current administration has bankrupted the United States, and they will do whatever it takes to balance the budget.
