well as a new comer i can tell you this is not a friendly place ..I have been over the back threads and their have always been bully's and foul language. There is alot of good information here as well . The Internet in general is a strange place to go..I could do with out alot of the name calling but if I get called a name look out im calling back.  The disturbing things are the stalkers and blackmailer and the pm s .I got one last night threatening to hack me up into little pieces with two butcher knives..As one idiot on this board seems to have enlisted others to harass and stalk me and threaten my life .I will be off to court with this lap top in toe for a PFA .from this person who gives out my home address to these maniacs ..now some one has signed in with a user name of wuZZZup yup 3 z and claims to be me or my sister .I have their PMs so if you see 3 zzz in the wuzzup its not me..and they sling around racial stuff.I will not be blamed for that..All those post were up last night and deleted this morning .So I have learned alot about the Internet and the freaks that jet there jolly's torturing people here.Keep an eye on those ZZZ's .

How are you, wuzzup?

Wuzzup always in the past, the overwhelming majority of threads on this forum were actually about GSDs.  Even the threads that got very heated with personal attacks thrown in were still essentially over dog related issues (training, breeding, etc.).  These days it seems like this board is being dominated by people who are starting multiple  new threads about  who they hate and who did what to who and other personal issues that have nothing to do with dogs, let alone GSDs!

Personally I am going to once again attempt to stay "above the fray" and off these pointless threads having nothing to do with dogs.  I know I have said this before, but I am going to try again.  I read something today that really hit home for me:  "Some arguments on the internet are like  the Special Olympics .  Even if you win, you are still retarded".  I'm going to try like hell to remember that one.

I'm better this morning missbeeb thank you for asking ..Sunic I don't mind the arguing over the difference of opinion on the GSD. We all have or own likes and dislikes as to where the breed has been where it's going  . I know we all feel different about training what kind,, how old ,,when,, where,, who to train with .working verses show mixing the lines .I get all that. We all want the best dog and all think we have it or can get it .. We are all competitive people , I get that also . I don't even mind the swearing to some extent. It takes alot of swearing to get to  me,, But death threats and the if you don't do this I will do that is just rubbish .. Giving out home addresses to crazy people is way over the line with me..Going out of the way to cause someone grief to satisfy there own thirst for blood and enlisting the help of others is more then I can take..Look what happened to yellow rose she was pack attacked by newbies with multiple user names all down on her .That is a prime example of abuse. Then in the disguise of kindness she was dragged from thread to thread being labeled a mean word .For one she is not  that word for two what did she do to deserve that. Those are the freaks I mean are out there..

I think that is exactly what many of us see as the problem.  It seems many of these  "newbies"  have nothing  at all to to bring to the table and cannot contribute to a topic germain to GSDs.  I DO think that when we are drawn into it and fight back, we are only giving them what they want and if we completely ignored these crazy threads they would dissapear.  I am one of the worst offenders when it comes to responding to the bullshit and it's a mistake on my part I am trying to correct.

I have finally (FINALLY!!!, I know, I know I'm a little slow on the uptake  ) come to the realization that while I very much appreciate the fact that we can all speak our minds about whatever we choose without the fear of being controlled by heavy handed moderation, there is also a responsibility to each other to use restraint and ignore the impulse to tell off those who come here only  to make multiple pointless threads and stir shit.

Now if only I can  follow through and stick to my plan!

When did this big realization come about Sue? .  You are 10X worse than any of the newbies, in fact, as I read your posts, you are cursing/swearing, name callling, using put downs,  like  a loser punk at someone in pretty much every thread.

Finally my arse.  However,  I do agree with you on one point, you are very slow on the uptake.

You are laughable.

RedSable you are certainly entitled to your opinion. To be clear I never said I wouldn't curse because I don't have any issue with people who curse, it doesn't bother me, on the contrary, I really enjoy  colorful/explicit/dirty  language.  So if it offends you, I guess you will just have to be offended.

Have a REALLY nice day.
