Brady told me this morning he could not log in or post. I have tried to email him privately at his personal email address without response.

And no, the post above says it all. It is one thing just to come here and bash for ulterior motives. When people are pulling the kind of crap that has recently come to light, we should be incensed and we should make sure it is well known among the GSD community. If it is shaming people to stop the shenanigans, then so be it. Trouble is, if someone would do the things the trainer did, the "dye the socks" breeder did etc., they do not have an ethical framework for their life anyway.

Thanks for the above information. It will allow me to reconsider before I let someone  strong arm me into deleting a message from my breed board (another breed). My concern hasn't been so much with their winning a suit as it has with my having to spend my money to defend against one.

Dogmom2004, I believe Oli is based in Iceland. Each country has their own laws, but I think they go by what county is hosting the web site. I don't believe US laws would apply unless this site is hosted in the US. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I would be interested to know.

I also wonder if Brady has been unable to log in due to a technicality. If Brady signed up and the only postings made were under these deleted threads, I wonder if the login information was mistakenly deleted with the thread.

Thanks for clearing that up dogmom2004,

I would like to say these sort of posts are informative, but legal matters between litigants belong in the courtroom.

As inflamatory as these posts are I still like to know who to watch out for as long as the facts are true.  I dont think anyone needs to be banned, not even PJ.

It takes more than one to have an arguement.   Trolls, losers, and flamers go away sooner or later if no one will play the game.

Are we children?    Poor Oli might think so.

Take a deep breath and give us a smile..........:)

Smoke em if ya got em

I'm glad that Brady finally registered his dog with his pedigree: http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/538542.html

Ya know, I have often wondered about the real color of some of the obviously Photoshopped dogs behind him.

Brady told me that his email was removed and his ability to log in is deleted....and His thread is gone.....what else do you call that....

Sounds like our crooked shenagins of our government and all the crooked cases of missing children and the hostile courtcases of children sold for sex slaves in our own country and people killed and disapearing because they testified against these schools and the people in our Penagon involved many years back ....swept into the wild blue yonder,

, dismissed to be idiots and make believe fairy tales.......

Now we bring to light some bad practices going on in the DOG world of German Shepherds and someone punishes and tries to intimidate the person named Brady , who is on the side of the law,,not the law breaker.....by removing his freedom of speech on a public forum......

Dont everyone just sit there and read this and do nothing ,.......get off your dog crate and do something about it....you can type and  you can email   ...One of my biggest pet pieves are liars and thieves.....

Ask a few of them in Harris County and Smith county....There isnt a rug big enough for them to hide under when I come after them....but Im retired from the hunt and this enflames me to let someone get by with deception ., and not letting the public make their own decisions as to whether they want to do business with such a breeder...

As long as I have GSD's and continue to be interested in purchasing one, I want to know who the legitimate, honest breeders are and who most definitely are NOT.

If you cannot find this information on a board where you go looking for the most information available for German Shepherd purchasers/owners/breeders/etc, then where can you go for it?

The PDB is my link to the German Shepherd World.  I know many who come here looking for honest, straight forward information relating to the GSD including reputable breeders.  In turn, whenever money is involved, unfortunately, so is thievery, dishonesty, etc.  We need some place to go to where this information is readily available ... another site maybe as mentioned above?  Or, perhaps a link on here directing us to such site.

Brady, I hope you get your situation resolved.  I cannot imagine going thru this myself and how livid you must be.

But, to reassure you, for every bad breeder out there, I must believe there are at least 20 good ones too!  So far, I have been very fortunate in my dealings.

Brady is still a beautiful puppy.  However, I understand you have been duped out of what you actually purchased and that inflames the tempers and ires of all of us in the GSD world.

May this unethical breeder meet her demise...and soon.

Brady is back on this board. They started a new thread. As far as I know, no further effort has been made on the part of the breeder to resolve this issue since this thread was posted the first time.  Last I heard she is now demanding they tattoo and microchip the puppy, do a DNA profile and neuter him before she will send the papers promised to be mailed at time of sale last summer.

At this point the owners aren't sure who "Quasi" (aka Brady) really is... or why,  the pup must be tattooed to complete the AKC "special registration" (?) the puppy wasn't tattooed as part of the litter, prior to sale. I volunteered to tattoo the puppy. The DNA profile will sent to the SV and AKC to try to eventually  determine parentage once and for all.

No paperwork, vaccination records, etc. came for the puppy. There is no contract, just a bank wire transfer receipt and many e-mails, some disturbingly rude and unprofessional.

Oops Shelley just one small correction -  Victoria has not demanded DNA testing, however WE are considering it.  She has said that we must  neuter him and she orginally refused all papers until WE tattooed or microchipped.  Once the judgment came through she refuses giving us papers now all together.

Sorry, my mistake. The breeder has not demanded DNA profile. That was MY idea. (Ooops) Hard to keep track of her demands... seems they change from one communication to another... Catch 22?

The saga continues... sigh...
