Zacsmum - again - maybe you should ask Ugly how the dogs are treated in that culture.  If you are going to make broad sweeping statements against my brothers and sisters...you might as well make them against everyone elses....or is it only politically correct to bash American soldiers?

Well Zacsmum......then I say again...you are just a narrow minded JERK! Thank God your other country men and UK Soldier's are much more professional then you and your big mouth. I will not start anything here on this site, yet I will say this last post. What you are saying is and would be like me coming on here and saying you and all other GSD people are just like that "Lynn person with the little black GSD with the one ball. Yeah, just like her...you must be..cause she is...makes a lot os sense dosen't it? Go sit in your pub and suck some suds...and you should thank the soldiers from your country for allowing you to be able too. Your nothing but a Dud piece of work and not worth anymore of my time. Ya know what is really sad....next to some awesome German soldiers and Belguim soldiers I think the missions I went on with the Brit's were the best. I'll just regard you as NOT being from the same wonderful country as those British soldiers were from. I hope to not to have to fall to your low self again...... Again as I said above...If I had seen that soldier or any other do something like that...he would be up on charges...it would not be tolerated! Course I would enjoy tossing your butt just like that, though! Enjoy your "Freedom".

What I say is to EXPOSE that sick bastard ,poor excuse of a man that DOES"NT deserve to wear ANY uniform  FOR THE WHOLE WORLD to see his UGLY FACE.Lets see how much balls he has then.Real tough guy to throw a puppy like that.I hope someone throws him like that.And if any bleeding hearts are offended DONT FKN BOTHER cause frankly i have no respect for anyone condoning that behaviour SOLDIER OR NOT.Have a nice evening

Cate-Dogs are well treated in Muslim cultures. Salukis, Afgan hounds, & other coursers are used, prized & Valued.

I enjoy prying into the depths of the pysche of the American Soldier,  though I dont  exactly call this winning hearts & Minds.

There you go preaching only one side of the story again Ugly - it shows how clearly partisan you are.

Dogs are seen as unclean in Iraq and Iran - not only that - they are being used as suicide bombers...nice huh?  In Iran (correct me if I am wrong) I am under the impression that dog ownership is seen as a western corrupting influence and it is illegal to walk your dog in public.

What this man did was wrong - that is definitive.  But making generalizations based of that about all soldiers is like saying that all German Shepherds are bad because one bit someone - BSL right?  People do this everyday - so why are we lambasting an entire society for this one thing when people from every walk of life...every culture....every group do this....why focus on just one of them?  Or is it okay to ignore them because they dont serve your political agenda?

 Setting aside politics and different views on this. How can anyone make it alright to pick up a puppy, say "cute puppy" and then toss it crying of into a ravine to it's death?
