Sorry to hear it took the guy almost loosing his life before he decided to change his lifestyle. But if that's what it took so be it. Best wishes to him. Hopefully he lives the "Prodigal Son" to conclusion, and I wish him the best. I know it can't be easy trying to live down a past you wished never happened. Good luck John.

Diane, once again, class act.   I "knew" about Jonathan as well, and was wary of him, but the fact that you have become his friend and mentor speaks volumes.        I also have a good friend who was ill, had a series of small strokes apparently, which left him without memory of nearly a year of his life, and he lost most of his savings and does not understand how....the relevance of that is only that I understand and believe that Jonathan suffered some memory losses due to his medical condition.

It is unfortunate that Gert/Biezenhoeve had negative experiences with Jonathan but perhaps through this venue, amends can be made.

It is also unfortunate that again, this discussion board is fertile playground for the obsessions, paranoia, vicious, childish, tantrums of the multipersonalited with delusional axes to grind.

Diane

Please give Jonathan my best.

One day at a time kiddo, one day at a time.

Diane, you are truly a very special person and the GSD community is very lucky to have you.  Those that have had the pleasure of receiving your good advice, taken your valuable time are the fortunate ones.  Johnathan is one lucky person in having you as a friend.  Best to him and of course his incredible dog Olex. It is a shame that this post had to come to this.  I think though that Johnathan will have gained alot of understanding and well wishes for a happy and productive future.

Best regards,

Maren

Diane,

I do not know Jonathan, but he truly is lucky to have you. Give him our best wishes for a full recovery into life. It is afterall precious and we all have only one.

I am flying to Germany in a couple of days (short notice) and will email you.

To Diane and everyone else involved in this topic.

First of all, thank you Diane for the personal Email and finally an explanation about Jonathan. Under normal circumstances he should be the one doing the explanation, but we can understand why he didn't...
We are not people who makes trouble just for the fun of it, but the situation we have had with Jonathan is very real and very unfortunate.
We do our business with pride and trust, and the whole deal with Jonathan has been a mess from the beginning to the end (apart from the purchase of Hilly)
It is obvious that Jonathan has not had a easy life the past years, and that is sad, but still... it is no excuse for "fooling around". with other people. We are sure Jonathan will agree to that also.
When Jonathan has solved his case with us, we will forget about the whole thing and start with a blanc sheet, no problem.
People can make mistakes, we will not hold it against them forever.
Note: What I wrote about selling Hasko puppies as Olex puppies was just thoughts and not facts, and I will take it back. I crossed the line... But when you get no answers or explenations to anything + you hear SO many bad things about him you start imagining what COULD have happened. My mistake....
Hope everything will work out for Jonathan, and that he realizes what a good friend he has in you.

A personal Email is sent back to you Diane, with a propsal of a solution to our unfinished business with Jonathan.
When it is solved we will be the first ones to clear his name in our case on this board.

Kind regards

Gert

It's interesting that the owner of Olex cannot join in this discussion. However he has a very nice lady speaking for hiim. Why then did he just comment under "comments" to ask where Boban is? Also if you check, he is advertising a breeding in a past litter. So he does participate when it suits him. Some people owe Eichenluft an apology on this one.

There was a person I know who drove 500 miles to pick up a dog from Jonathan Richard, after he had failed to ship it on 3 occasions...the dog had been sold to someone else even though it had been paid for,so this person went to JR's home to get the dog,and after some  time  he did..while at the place JR was residing..[ one of the 4th or 5th residences  he had in 2004 and 2005, he was on the run ,lots of pissed off people]]  this person observed dogs living in crates on the back porch ,approximately 7..8 dogs in their crates was 3 to 4 inches of fecal waste...whatever problems this worthless snake had or has.there is no excuse for that. He is what he is ,he does what he does, he has screwed many people. It seems that in 2007 he was doing the same thing. He has a great talent for telling people what they want to hear. You deal with him ,you will find out.He would be doing the same thing on this site now if he wasn't known. He is worthless.
