Impeding a Club Trial - Page 10

The consitution and bylaws of the U.S.c.A. are living documents, and can be changed through parliamentary process. But, there is seldom a reason to change and/or make new rules. If the governing board of U.S.c.A. would just abide by the tenents of the current charter we might not see things such as watching certain dogs achieve VA status with bitework that is faulty, or have to watch "adults" at a Schutzhund trial conducting themselves in a tasteless manner for all the world to see.

I could not agree more. When a video and fifteen witness statements are submited along with the written permission to use the property and the governing board of Usca doesn't enforce the rules what can you do? There is no reason to change the rules simply enforce the ones we have. The rules are enforced selectively  not equally.

Only one "Adult" behaved badly in Alabama. This is shown on the video the rest of us were trying to conduct a sanctioned trial for our guests.

It is a sad day when some 'Lout, there is no other word you can use for this fellow who tried to stop this event

The Club members seen to have conducted themselves in a proper manner, which was probably hard to do, when you have invited guests at the event

Let us hope it is a one off, though there is one thing you can do if he does this again, when he is out of his vehicle take the ingnition keys out and throw them away he will then spend his useless time looking for them, But you get his sort all over the world its not just over there, some do not like to see other people enjoying themselves

The point of contention seems to be whether Central had permission to use the field for their trial. Mr Vom Haus Williams has stated on here they did and Mr. Eisenberg has stated elsewhere they did. It's easy for them to prove their point. So we know Central did have permission, will either of you post a copy of the written permission from the owner you have stated you have and also a copy of the insurance endorsement showing the owner covered under Central's insurance policy for that day?

Absent  those documents being posted as proof, why should anyone take your word that you did have written permission?.

Based upon Mr. Eisenberg's comments about the Board, and indirectly the BOI, do they have the same concerns?

Hey Mr. Eisenberg, how about an update? If I remember correctly your charges against Mr. Hanrahan were to be heard around this time and would like to hear how it turned out

I would like to say a few things because this is seeming real one sided.  I have been in schutzhund a really long time and I know both of these people Eric and Gary.  I know the background of why this all started.....and Eric and Gary are the only ones that really know why this is going on.   Many of you know Gary because he is well known in this sport but do any of you (other than his club members) know Eric?  Lets talk about Eric's character........ Eric had to open his on company because he was let go from his previous one for sexual harassment...........He had a wife and two kids that he threw away to screw his secretary.......the reason he got kicked out of Gary's club was because he almost lost the national site for Gary's club using Gary's and the Mayor's name...... Maybe the reason no one is saying anything about Eric is because no one had heard of him before now.  I have had dealings with him and he is a cheap, know it all, lying bastard.  For all you followers at his club just give it a little time he will do you just like he did me.  He will screw you!!  He just needs you right now!!

Let's talk about all of the post that Eric has put up about Gary being found guilty or convicted in criminal court....it really hasn't happened.  Please explain that Eric!

I have heard both Eric and Gary stories and I think all of you people really need to know what you are talking about because no one on this blog has the story straight. 

The other thing is why would we let someone go to the world championship to support our team when they are doing nothing but downing the organization they are representing???

I see another Hanrahan groupie has risen his ugly head...  I know both men Eric and Gary and have had first hand knowledge of both for over  twenty years. The above posted on Eric is not true. I knew Eric's wife before his children were born and yes he is divored  but the rest is garbage and trash talk. While I will not comment on Hanrahans character,  I will to Eric's character he is a good father today and a good friend to those who know him. I am proud to have him represent the US on the WUSV team.  Eric worked in his basement and started his company making artifical limbs with almost zero funds and with hard work has been a sucess. When he started this company he was a one person man doing the labor at night and sales during the day. The same hard work he has put in with his training has also made him a sucess on the field. Like I stated in the above post earlier you could always count on him helping you with any dog you needed to work and treat everyone the same.  As far as him getting kicked out of Garys club I was a member there to remember he did not get kicked out he choose to leave as all of us did one by one for the same reason. I was one of the last to leave.  This is why IP address's should be posted with no exceptions to let people say things with zero truth on a public forum is disgusting under made up names.

 This whole thing is a clash of two ego,s taken to a new level, Eric doesnt like Gary and vise a versa, If USA had any balls they would set them both down and like a parent and tell them enough is enough.(won,t happen). The only loser here is USA. Gary is no saint as is Eric this was nothing more then two kids picking on each other for a reaction and one of them wasnt smart enough to take the high road. It seems this whole thread was started to rake the muck I hope you all have a wonderful day beating a dead horse. oh by the way I,m a nobody and I can see what this truley is from a mile away!!! it,s called a pissin match.
