He did not show up for the hearing where his accusations against Gary were to be heard in court. He had a letter writted to him by the D.A. setting the date and time and the technicality is he did not show up. He also received a letter from the landowner saying he and Central were trespassing on his land the day of the trial.

That is my point exactly......the man is all talk...

It is real easy for the man to try to say all this stuff when he posted a video on the Internet being narrated by one of his groupies!!  If you watch the video and listen to the narrator it is easy to get a opinion in something you know nothing about but I know Eric and I know what kind of man he is.........

I was around when Eric never paid his club dues and when Eric almost lost the national site.

The sexual harassment suit and then secretary episode shows that Eric does not learn from his mistakes!  Just like he almost lost the national site and then once again on the tracking fields.......

I was not there but I would assume that Eric knew that Gary was going to react badly about the tracking fields and I am sure that he knew that he was not suppose to be there.  So in my opinion Eric was the one that put all of those people in that situation.  Who would take a foreign judge and bunch of innocent people trying to show their dogs to field that he knew he was not suppose to be on?  Had the police been called and everyone charged with trespassing I am sure everyone would look at this situation and ERIC a little different.

I owe you an appoligy, so here it 'Sorry' for my misunderstanding the situation.

It was a friend of mine who was the judge at that trial, and he would not be happy with the way it went, To bring another innocent person from the other side of the water to Judge at a trial when they were not supposed to be there is the lowest of the low, again sorry

As soon as you get back from handling the rattlesnakes, drinking strychine and singing in the church choir will you post more lies and hearsay?

 your friend in the midwest,

Steve1, it is not a big deal..... I completely understand your frustration if you are friends with the judge.....and it is really easy to form a opinion from the video since it is being narrarated.

It just bothered me reading all of these different message boards and reading everyones comments and I know the truth about Eric and I was there when this all started between Eric and Gary.

Eric has everyone reacting the way he wants him them to react for his personal gain.  I have seen him play these games for years with people.  He did it with me so I know all to well.  The only thing is everything comes back to you........

So to all of the innocent people that were involved in this......it is sad that they were used for someones personal gain but they need to think about the sititution and think about who took them into this sitution knowing that this was going to happen.

My point (and others) exactly. I don't know either of these two men. I frankly have never heard much positive about Mr. Hanrahan, having heard about other ill behavior which, in my opinion, if true, was boorish and ill-mannered. I read crap here about Eric and have no idea whether it is true or not, nor do I care, except that if it involves the sport, the breed or the organization.

I don't give a rats' ass who these people are. I think the entire situation could have been handled in a more professional manner. There was absolutely no reason to interrupt the trial and drive on tracks already laid, even if the people were not given permission to be there (and that has not been demonstrated as of yet). There were and are other appropriate means to do something definitive about disagreements, and, if someone truly is a professional, they do not behave in this manner, nor punish innocent people who are trying to trial. Nor do they embarrass the organization in front of a judge who is from a foreign country. I could care less about the battle between the two people. What matters is that this was bad behavior, period. And if Eric is as described here by some, then he too is a poor representative of the breed and the sport.

It has been made pretty clear over and over again that the organization does not care what kind of people are involved in the sport, be it these two, or someone who neglected dogs to the extent of emaciation and death.
