Found out today, that the former DA of Rockwall, Tex, where Dale is being held for no reason , but asking why are you stopping me?  very true to the post above.,

was convicted of three counts of Felonies, and is in prison, and  three other LEO went down with him..

As of yesterday , 4 weeks in jail, now has a woman attorney, and has not received not one of his meds he takes every day , and nurse keeps dilly dallying around the bush to his family. Won't allow family to give the SO his bottles in their possession, for his daily meds.

EXCUSE IS " Dale wont tell us we can give him a generic so we have not done anything to get his meds till he agrees to a generic ." Have you ever. BY  this time, he is lethargic and talking out of his head, as his body is in chaos because he has to have meds for his body functions to work properly. Family is searching for answers , but dont know beans about the law or how to find help. Im staying out of it.. But you  may see his name in the obit list ,if someone doesnt get help.

I wan't forced into reading this thread, came by my own free will.  I'm just sick of Ugly's constant bullshit, whining and complaining about everything.  Fact is, I really think he is disturbed and I disagree with virtually everything he has to say.  He bashes,slanders and insults anyone who offers a different opinion or point of view.  When he's not succesful he has some immature cronie come and spew all kinds of foul language at anyone who isn't kissing his butt.  I seriously see visions of another Terry Nichols and Timothy Mcveigh in him and that concerns me.  My eyes are open to the flaws in our country and our government, I know the USA isn't perfect but it's the greatest country on Earth.  I wouldn't live anywhere else.  So, I'm tired of it being bashed all the time especially when the rants are ridiculous, the facts are scewed, and I can't follow half of what he says because it doesn't make sense.

Dude, I've dealt with lots of tougher guys than you.  Been in some real nasty fights, one on one, with dope dealers over guns and taken them to jail.  Been shot at several times, a friend standing next to me on our entry team was shot and killed this year while trying to serve a narcotics search warrant.  Went to a funeral for another narcotics detective on Tuesday, who was shot and killed in a UC buy/bust last week.  Been on the entry team on narcotics warrants and vehicle takedowns over 100 times in the past 2 years. We do search warrants nearly every week, and get guns from almost all of them.  Worked my cities highest crime precinct for 5 years including midnights because that's where I chose to work. 

When I worked a beat I've been threatened in person by dope dealers for disrupting their "business", they even described where I lived.  They are all in jail now for a very long time.  I have received information recently from an informant in our jail that a high level dope dealer (kilos) wanted to have my partner and I killed on our way home from court.  We had already built a very tight case on him. 18 indictments for distribution of cocaine, videos, recorded phone calls, UC buys, etc.  With his long criminal history, his 1st conviction for PWID cocaine being in 1991, he was up for life in prison.  Well, the DEA adopted our case and took him Federal.  He plead guilty last week and agreed to cooperate with the DEA and us.  With his cooperation he was sentenced to serve 24 years in a federal prison.  For those that don't understand, when you serve Fed time you serve every day...there's no early release, no good behavior it's straight 24 years, he'll be 65 when he gets out. 

Yes, I would say the same exact thing to your face.  I fought full contact for 5 years while in college, teach defensive tactics to our recruits as well as firearms.  Guess what I've learned, I really don't need to fight to prove anything.  The PD doesn't pay me enough to get seriously hurt in a fight.  So, I treat people with respect, don't violate any ones 4th ammendment rights, and I am firm but non judgemental with people.  This approach earns me respect on the street and keeps me out of IA.  If I tell you that you are under arrest, I expect full compliance.  If you say that you won't go to jail, ball up your fists or make any other aggressive posture, I will meet that with a swift violence of action until you comply.  You will be on the ground and handcuffed very quickly.  Then I'll call a medic and have you treated for any cuts or abrasions that may have occurred when you resisted my arrest.  However, that is the rare case, working the street I averaged about 25 - 30 arrests a month and most were polite and cooperative. 

So, I don't think your name calling is really appropriate.  I've been called lots of things but pussy was never one of them.
