Although he appears sincere Mr Obama just does too much talking, change is his theme. His media and television exposure is very large more so than the other canidate, this takes money. Wheres it coming from? Who is truly backing this man financially?  The very wealthy Hillary claims shes broke and in debt from this campaign but Mr Obama is still rolling hes not broke or in debt???  On the other hand his running mate Mr Biden is a Liberal and anti gun politician from Delaware. I am Voting a straight Pirate ticket...   They all scare me.   It's all just an illusion as far as I'm concerned.   Suit's in a dark room will call the shot's until we take the money out of the equation.  Never gonna happen.

You guy's bring up the Muslim's, Vietnam, Christian's, Black voter's, Immigrant's, Gun's, all our fear's to prey on.

All of the above.

BabyEagle,

I thought you could have pulled that sign into the photo's....LOL   I wouldn't mind a bit

Brittany,

Thumb's up !!!   Thing's were getting boring ..LOL

If I really vote I will vote out the old and vote in the new, just to send a message that they all need to find a real job and step aside.  Let's have some change just for the sake of change...  Then set back  and get ready for the same old shit.!!

JMO......:)

I, too, will wait for the debates and make my decison closer to election day.

Quite honestly, I don't care for either of the two main contenders.

My main problem with Obama is that his experience is quite limited and that concerns me. After the disaster we have had with Bush whose experience when it came to the international arena was non-existent, I am  very wary of anyone who has to learn on the job. I do feel that he MAY have the capacity to pull together the very polarized country we have at this time. I do believe that he has good judgement and his choice of Biden shows that he makes careful and thoughtful decisions.

With regard to McCain, this was a man I admired but I have been disillusioned with his caving in to the base on just about every issue. But the greatest concern I have about him is that he has this militaristic approach to dealing with international issues and that is the last thing we need after the fiasco in Iraq. This militaristic and interventionist approach, IMO, may result in the draft being reintroduced which would cause more polarization in the country. What I respect about the man is that he at least served in the armed forces when it was his turn, unlike Bush and Cheney who also have this interventionist approach but made sure that they were not in harms way when it was their turn.

I do feel that all three men - McCain, Obama and Biden - are very decent men and after given some of the scum-bags we have had in office in my lifetime, that is a redeeming fact.

So irrespective of how I vote, it will not be with a sense of confidence that I do so - at least based on my feelings at this time.

"I too am voting for Ron Paul by writing him in.  I just can't go for either of the two republicrats."

Good deal Preston. We are now just days away from Campaign for Liberty's Rally for the Republic in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This promises to be a significant event in the history of our movement and our nation. For three days, the grassroots activists who have made Dr Paul's efforts successful will gather during the Republican National Convention to spread the message of constitutional government. Now, Dr Paul's Campaign for Liberty has a chance to really set sail in a big way. We need to fill the Target Center in Minneapolis to show the political establishment that this movement is here to stay. There's only 816 tickets left. That means we sold 13,184 in less than 3 months. Woot Woot !!! I have one of 1000 backside and after hour party pass's .. YeeeeHawwwww

We are going to fight to restore the Republic, to limit the government to its constitutional functions, to reclaim a foreign policy that defends America, and to put a stop to the centrally planned economy that results from the Federal Reserve System. This Rally for the Republic is our key first step to taking America back. We will have three solid days in Minnesota where we plan to set the agenda, and get the attention our cause has earned while pulling a Lincoln through the delegates for the 2008 President. :o)~

Also, we'll have a significant media event on Spetember 2 in the Target Center. We will have speeches and appearances by Barry Goldwater, Jr and Tucker Carlson, by Dr Thomas Woods and Governor Jesse Ventura. And, of course, our keynote address will be given by Dr Ron Paul. In addition, musical artists Sara Evans and Aimee Allen will entertain the crowd. Staff tells me that both C-SPAN and Nightline will broadcast live from the event. :o)  If you are able to be in Minneapolis, I hope you will come. And I hope you'll purchase your ticket from the Rally for the Republic web site today, not many left, the price is (1776) $17.76, pretty cool huh ? I would love to shake your hand in Minnesota. If you can possibly be there, I can promise you it will be well worth your efforts. See yall there.

If you can't make it you can read and sign this .. http://www.lettertogop.com/  over 11,000 siggy's already, 3 states down one to go and by God we pulled a Lincoln. Yeahhhh for America !!!!!!
