Unfortuanately the current kc will register anything as long as its parents are KC registered!  Its only when a breeder is under the ABS scheme do they ask for hips to be done - and not for a decent score.  So theoretically the dam can have hd and the male haemophillia and they'll happily give papers to the offspring.
