This is INSANE! Whayt in the world was this guy thinking!!!??? I too say Bull for not having money to feed these dogs!

If he had no money, then why did he take them!? And for the dogs not having any water!? Sorry, but if I remember right, isn't water free? I know our boarding facility is really slow right now, but my boss will go to know ends to make sure ALL animals are feed & watered. We have plumbing at our facility & make frequent trips around the kennel to make sure every dog has water. If there is any incling of a pet in distress, we always have emergency numbers, owner & vets to call.

Those kennel floors also make me sick! And it looked as though they were locked outside. Why????

I hope this guy gets bit in the butt in the end. >;(

Considering that there is grisly photographic evidence of the extreme abuse given those unfortunate dogs, I really don't think any serious dog organization - USA, AKC, WDA, DVG, breed clubs - should need a court conviction to state and enforce a lifetime ban on Steve Croley. After all, there is no legal right to join any of those organizations and they can accept or decline any membership. Surely if anyone qualifies for a lifetime ban, no questions asked, this POS does.

I'm not waiting on the courts for a conviction.  That could take a long time and with a slick lawyer he might just get away with just a slap on the wrist.

I've sent a letter my RD in USA and got a friend in DVG to contact that organization's leadership.  Anybody know someone in on the Board at WDA?  I'm a member of WDA but a new one and I don't know the folks.

What a horrible shame. I'm betting drugs are involved. Nothing else explains long-term neglect so well as a nice, expensive, judgement-impairing drug problem. I'm told time just flies by when you're AFU.
