Public safety officials said in interviews with The Hill that the election, which will end with either the nation’s first black president or its first female vice president, demanded a stronger police presence.
Some worry that if Barack Obama loses and there is suspicion of foul play in the election, violence could ensue in cities with large black populations. Others based the need for enhanced patrols on past riots in urban areas following professional sports events and also on Internet rumors.
Democratic strategists and advocates for black voters say they understand officers wanting to keep the peace, but caution that excessive police presence could intimidate voters.
Sen. Obama Ill., the Democratic nominee for president, has seen his lead over rival Sen. John McCain R-Ariz. grow in recent weeks, prompting speculation that there could be a violent backlash if he loses unexpectedly.
Cities that have suffered unrest before, such as Detroit, Chicago, Oakland and Philadelphia, will have extra police deployed.

Yep, your facts are documented all right. So which is it- a riot if Obama loses or if Obama wins or either way since he had the audacity to run in the first place? How do you know that ALL blacks are voting for Obama or are you just assuming that? Is there a poll anywhere?
BTW do you think there's any chance that Jesus might be black? Or a Jew maybe? And why do you suppose that Obama is always referred to as black when he is in fact as much white as black. Are you sure you're purebred? These are the things that keep me awake at night. You too, I'll bet.

RPK, I really don't see much resemblance. The glasses are all wrong, her mouth is shut, she's not winking, she's wearing a suit that looks like it came from Walmart, not Neiman Marcus, and the hair isn't quite right. I think it's Joe the plumber in drag.
Know what, I'll bet Obama did that when he pretended to be in Hawaii visiting with his sick g-mother. You just can't trust these damned muslims, can you?

As long as it’s also okay to have one of John McCain being hung.
And as long as it’s also okay to have one of Joe Biden being hung.
