Red Sable

One section of his forum he shows returned checks of people who have failed to pay him for product. and he also offers a short commentary of the slime balls they are in his eyes. From a christian point of view it seems that what he is doing is quite unethical as he could be sued for slander by those he is making..

Is it Christian to start this thread?  BTW, if it is the truth, it isn't slander.

Perhaps to better fit our present day society, and lack of personal integrity, this apparently confusing, outdated and ambiguous list should be revised to read, "The Ten Suggestions".
  Have a nice day.........

Raymond, having the check clear is the smartest thing to do. Its common practice in many businesses especially over the internet.

Ed is totally upfront about how he manages his dogs, business and forum. If you are not comfortable with it choose another I say, there are about a half a zillion. Ed's responses are direct and very uncomfortable for a lot of people but I hardly know of anyone who doesn't check out his pages and pages of free advice that he gives to anyone who wants it. He has the most comprehensive free web site on line for researching German Shepherd behavior.

The products he sells, especially his leather, is just incredible. I use it daily, its gets softer and nicer as time goes by.

I can hear Honest Ed Now, Screaming at a Recently Widowed Grieving Wife, of one of his 'Most Wanted'  whose husband died before the dog Collar, Leash & Video bank funds cleared a closed account...

IMO, Ed is Heartless,  Not Christian, evidenced by his behavior & his writings to others (Including this widow).

But I understand he has big Alimony after leaving his wife for 'Sweet Pea', & now that the Leerburg Kennel Business of producing '350 litters' is Over.   I guess Ed badly needed that $30-40 check for video funds, written  from the widows husband, who died suddenly.

350 Litters x 8 pups=3600 pups     3600pups x $1800 (pup)=$640,000

Shame on you Eddie.   Karma is a Bitch...  Sh*t sometimes happens in Business.  I used to be a Business Banker for a time & took care of alot of OD Overdraft funds.  I understand crooks too and the differences. One treats people accordingly.

Maybe the REAL  & Famed German  Lierburg Kennel may one day decide to SUE Eddie for 'Copyright'

Oh the Irony.

"I used to be a Business Banker for a time & took care of alot of OD Overdraft funds" lol because it was not your money lol once the money is coming out of your pocket is a different storry I would love to know if instead of the bank money they would deduct from your paycheck would you still do it? lol

by Uglydog on 14 January 2009 - 20:01

No, Because Sh*t Happens

OD protection solves the problem.

For many, many people....reading the Bank Policies with regard to checks & Available Funds is confusing, its Aways in  extra small print and OD Fee Charging is a BIG Money Maker FOR the Bank.   Some Banks have an extended HOLD on Out of state checks that is Excessive.

I too have had on one to 2 occasions, misunderstandings that resulted in OD Fees. I addressed it & resolved the embarrassing issue.   It happens is my point, sometimes through No fault of the account holder.

Banks are  Milking the Interest.   If you do this on an large scale with hundreds of thousands of customers, over an annual period, you are talking Millions of Dollars in pure profit.  They HOLD The money, YOUR Money, after it has Already Cleared through another Fed Affiliate.

If one wishes to avoid bad Checks, Simply Cash them At THE BANK they are Drawn ON!  Or call the Bank prior to depositing & Give them the check amount, this will allow you to. Avoid the OD fees.

I have No Love for Banks, Bankers, Banksters or the Federal Reserve.

In fact, my new motto is...Death to the Bankers

(Sweet Pea is Eddies Live in Girlfriend?) according to his X wife, who divvorced him upon learning of this.
