i have since noticed that the poster has stated that the dog would be kenneled and not caged if so then i would not have a problem with that so i appoligise for not having read the part where he/she said the dog would be in a kennel/run

Here is the overhang gutter and rain butt in place, on the left but out of picture
The white boarding was to stop young Pup Heidi getting between the bars at 8 weeks old as soon as she got big enough the white boards were taken off the opposite side of the run the overhang is deeper to defect any rain going into the pen

steve1 thanks for the pics but dont understand why as i also kennel my dogs and i do use a cage i will say that my dogs are not kenneled 24/7 they are in the house at times or just out the back to run around and play when supervised, they are kenneled at night  except for 1 who is the house dog and another who is nursing a litter in my kitchen at the moment but they will be moved out to their kennel when they are around 24days i will say again steve1 that i have no objection to keeping dogs  kennels and if they can see each other then even better or if they get along then in pairs
