Dpes this allow them to issue papers at this point - them having Provisional member status? Also does this allow them to hold trials and the results are valid in other orgs?

The silence of the naysayers is deafening.

They understand what he is doing. For some it’s a step forward, and for others it’s a kick in the crotch sending them cascading into reality.

And let’s not forget that this is not an action by just one man.

i would love to hear from some people in Germany about this.

"kick in the crotch sending them cascading into reality."

as i understand it he did that when he was Breed Warden for the SV.  thats why he went  forward with starting  a new club.

HI,
we all understand what the RSV2000 stands for. It's not like they invented the wheel new, they are just taking a different aproach. The sad part is, it is claimed that all they are doing is new and invented by them, and sooo much better...... oh well, time will tell. The knowledge they have, and there is no doubt in my mind that they are knowledgible peopel, is what they learned through the SV over the years. They learned the good & bad stuff involved. Without the knowledge of the SV of bloodlines and sience payed for by the SV they would be nothing.
But we live in a free country, so maybe there will be a good outcome for all of us in the end.
And yes, it is, without a doubt, a great achievement, to get as far as they did. Congrats on that, it clearly shows that they are indeed dedicated peopel at work.

Uli makes a good point in this debate;

Helmut Raiser is a great trainer and dedicated advocate of the GSD, as are many of those around him; however, it is my firm belief that many of the current leaders of the SV are just as dedicated and commited to move the Breed forward. Here in the UK this is evidenced by the boundless suport, enthusism and advice we have recieved from both SV members, and other europian friends since we began dogsport 15 years ago- such people could never be considered to be working for financial gain, maintainance of a status que or personal ego .

I just feel that, as often happens in life, different view s about the best way forward have resulted in people going in their own directions to get to the same destination; this does not preclude the paths joining sometime in hte future,however....

Two years ago the whole world laughed at him and called him a fool, today he stands tallest amongst them.

I personally on behalf of the entire Indian Nation salute you sir (Helmut Raiser) and your associates

Don't we Indians have the balls to stand up against the corrupt regime and stand for our ideals of having a better GSD organization in our country. Please restrain yourself from participating in their predetermined shows.

No one has said that the SV is not moving the breed in some direction. What people have a problem with is that they don’t like the direction the SV has chosen.  Buses in the city go in all direction, but only one is going in the right direction for me.
