Is this dog (for example) registered with any registry recognized by the FCI as a German Shepherd Dog? Is he registered as a Shiloh? Does he appear in your dogs pedigree? If he is not a registered German Shepherd and is a registered Shiloh why would you add him to a German Shepherd pedigree data base?

Sue,
While I do not have that specific dog in my pedigree I do have one that is a full sister to Bionic Black Smoke of Zion in the 3rd generation - I cannot say that specific dog has AKC paperwork, but he is out of AKC papered German Shepherd Dogs.
*edited to clarify that my dogs are AKC registered German Shepherd dogs*

What's a "CV CH"?
by ShelleyR on 31 March 2009 - 19:03
IMO a Shiloh Shepherd is just like a lot other other breeds of dogs:
Not a GSD bred to the SV standard, and therefore, NOT for me.

Ok, this is all I can find about "CV CH":

Please tell me this isn't what CV CH Bionic Black Smoke of Zion is. Because if so, I have a feeling Oli is going to be getting quite a few e-mails.

SUENIC i DON'T KNOW ABOUT ALOT OF THE DOGS IN THE PEDIGREE YOU LINKED BUT AT CLOSE LOOK.. SOME NAMES ARE IN THIS DOGS PEDIGREE ..I have listed the AKC # of some of them if any one wants to go add them in have at it .. I also have the color of the dogs .. My pedigree on the AKC Shiloh lines and the # attached to them was done by www.CanineFamilyTree.com it seems to have been done in 2003 . If that company still does pedigrees they come on big parchment like paper with a nice German shepherd head printed on it .Much better then the copy you get from the AKC. Gold raised seal . Frame-able. I believe the guy who ordered it said it did not cost any more then the ones from AKC. The dogs I listed are AKC..The dog who's picture I posted is not to be bred at all as per my request . He was gifted to the guys who own and love him . I ended up with all the Shiloh lines by not wearing my glasses when I looked at the pedigree . Not that I have any thing bad to say about a nice AKC Shiloh German Shepherd . I prefer A nice dark DDR dog LOL

Sunsilver is the dog I linked registered as a Shiloh or a German Shepherd? When he was bred and shown, was it as a GSD or a Shiloh? Is his ROM status with the Shiloh registry or is he ROM with any FIC affiliated GSD registration organization? Were his offspring registered as Shilohs? If any of his offspring were registered as GSDs, who are they? He is linked to no progeny or siblings.
If this dog is registered as a Shiloh, why did you add him to the German Shepherd Pedigree Data Base?

What do Shilohs' taste like? Anybody ever cook one?
Any Shiloh receipes out there?
They look like they would taste good with a three bean salad.
Hey! Who ate the dog?
PS Moons thanks for the Cobra pictures, good old Caroll Shelby! My favorite car.

I bet they taste like any other dog would taste ..It depends on the spice and method used to cook them . Chop sticks probably add to the over all atmosphere of the tasting . That is not nice Ninja181..
