DannyJ, I appreciate your response I know it is well intended.What I hope to see on this board however are actual facts about these two dogs.There are others on this board that know how to aquire information from dog affiliations in this country as well as others,I'm hoping these people will apply their knowledge and bring forth their findings in this thread publicly.I don't have the knowledge to do all that is required, but I feel as a united group this can be accomplished. As I see it ,this knowledge an didication to finding the truth are the only contributions needed here. I agree 100% Michael. Something needs to be done. With one person this tragedy may be overlooked. With ALL of us, united we will get to the bottom of this. I asked VomMarischal to email me the entire thread that was deleted. I will forward it to everyone I know including other SchH members who are not on this message board. The SchH world is small indeed.

I have conformation Amanda did get out do at the listed vets office. thats the only part of this little story that has any truth at all.

I have called the Capital Area Humane Society in Columbus, oh and made a report to them. they are open m-f 9:30am-5pm. I left a message but will call during there open hrs. I sure hope they can get to the bottom of this! Will keep you posted.

Stacy, thank you ,the least we can do is try to do something about this.Its about seeing the person or persons responsible, held accountable period.So many people on this board claim to know and love these two dogs,I just feel this can and will be done if everyone that can help in anyway will do so.All thats needed at this point is for one person to say I was the registered owner of this dog and I sold,traded, or whatever to this person.

Would be more likelyto get help, IF a Police Officer here, perhaps a friend of some of the posters, could initiate contact with the Vet and start a formal investgation with the Humane Society.
The Humane Society can subpoena records from the Vet, if they are involved
You can rest assured this will continue with Helser. I have not heard good things about Williams but I dont think any of this is his doing. This was a money scam, and he could get some good PR by playing the White Knight.
Why Eurosport, Nate Harves or Mike Diehl were dragged into this, I will never know.
Helser like to name drop for sure, but hegot called on it, and how.
I also think Helser was trying to commit Wire Fraud, a Federal Felony in soliciting under false pretenses, via this board.
Perhaps that can be pursued.

hunter k-9, You said you whelped the G-litter from Adrie, this would be the litter correct , 9 males. Max as the sire. .http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/progeny/457977.html Some of these dogs are registered with AKC, so wouldn't it be possible to find out from AKC who did the breeding,owned the dam,owned the litter? Its not much, but its a start. hunter k-9 I,m not trying to pull you into any of this, I just thought this might be something to work with. Michael

I recall seeing Amanda for sale on this board but couldn't say when or by whom.
Eurosport got brought into it for two things:
1 - they did in fact sell the dog at some point.
2 - Tim claims they paid half the vet bill to have Amanda PTS.
The vet bill Tim posted showed a total of $104.00, $52.00 of that being paid and a balance due of $52.00. He said he had to go finish paying the vet the next day,
With privacy laws and credit card laws the vet may not be able to answer any questions about this without either a subpoena or court order.
SOMEONE paid half the vet bill. That part at least Tim was telling the truth about. Exactly who is not proven. Call or email Taunya at Eurosport and ask her. If she paid it, I'm sure she would have no problem saying so.

I may be wrong, but I believe if you have the AKC number of the dog, you can go to that website,(AKC), and find what litters were registered. I have with my own dogs before.
I'll go back in and see what I can find out.
I have sent out a few reports with pics to a variety of organizations, on these 2 dogs.
SOMEONE needs to pay for this....And, if a reward is offered for info to get the guilty party(ies), count me in.
