I try to stay fit and am very active..It's the stress now that is taking a tole on me..Life is not a bowl of cherries when you are alone and getting old.

Have lots of old fashion remedies like not using soap on face , lots of lemons , veggies, and water...moisturizers on the skin...but stress takes a tole. Lots of cinnamon, sage , italian spices,  tomatoes by the bucket loads, and eggs, tea and no artificial sweeteners at all , and no salt added..limit the salt snakes..no cool whip or petroleum made desserts. .......grapes with my cheese and I eat  non colored cheddar cheese from Denmark or Germany...all dellis have it...Cheese is suppose to be colorless and not bright yellow or orange.........I eat no diet products or low fat anything....cottage cheese and yogurt and sour cream I use in gravies...ok now you know why I am healthy...do not even know a DR>

You are a fresh soul and your  mind is young, so just keep up what you do..A happy temperament, and laughing and exercise and good good  good  FOOD>>>>I eat everything but Kraft Plastic Cheese.....lol...
Cadbury sold the company of great chocolate, to Kraft Foods and all the stock holders of Cadbury , including the grandaughter of original owner, is downing Kraft , the maker of Plastic Cheese.. London Comment on tv last night even had a slice wrapped in plastic and he said after you get it open it is like gum ...Not too happy people at Cadbury....                  Dark Chocolate which is very good for you and licorice...I eat it all and my Mom taught me to eat veggies and liver and all the stuff most people run from....so I say Genes too make each of us age in a different way.

Steve 1 you are the BEST.  Come on down to Texas and I will serve you some  Cowgirl food to youthen you up! Beans , ham hocks, green onions, garlic, red peppers, and corn bread with jalepenos in it...!!!  A little cream cheese on a bagel and fresh strawberries on Homade Ice cream...fruit cups of all fruits two times a day and when I am broke.....I eat  Summer sausage, cheese and Ritz crackers...seeds and nuts also a very important part of diet..I eat pickles and olives for snacks.

Food is my secret...who cares if I am a few pounds on the    Fluffy side".   at least I won't blow away and my body has moisture in its joints and my dogs can find me.!!

This is me after 7 in the evening:   After I watch  DR. OZ....every day....he is Kewl!!!!!If you listen to him and follow his advice your life would be a  Shining star in the neighborhood.....
