No, becasuse the shiloh folks keep resurrecting it and "somebody" keeps responding to them. Let them just talk to themselves for a few minutes, and they will go away. You remember this from puppy-training: ignore the unwanted behavior and respond only to the desirable, if you can't distract them to mre acceptable behavior. One-trick ponies cannot be distracted.

Just so we are all clear, I mentioned the little hobo thing being a dog bred to a Shiloh. I am not the "somebody" who popped this thread back up.

I'm making the link clickable to see if I can get it to work, T.T.

Yes, there's a lot of misinformation out there about the Shiloh!

The thread was DEAD for more than a weak. Ergo, there was no need for you to "respond". Let me make that plain, as you apparently missed that the last post was January 16, and yours was several DAYS later. Any idiot can see who brought it up again.

One more thing ,I happen to like reading about the old AKC Shiloh German shepherds.I also like to see their pedigrees.

Yeah, this thread has been around for quite awhile, some that bitch about it, have posted more on it than those that are really trying to discuss/debate it.

And WTF, how you going to complain about "the pet people", there are alot more "pet "owners out there than there are schutzhund people. How dare someone just want a "shepherd" for a pet, and could anyone breed just for pets.

The attitude that the only "Shepherds' that should qualify for a pet, is the rejects of the litters that are bred to boost the breeders of Top Working or Show dogs ego's is pretty crappy. The 100 of the 101 pups produced by the people that know everything about German Shepherds! Oh, I almost forgot, "WE ARE TALKING ABOUT SHILOH SHEPHERDS, NOT GERMAN SHEPHERDS"

Man, Max would be so proud of all you people that want to fulfill his dream, only to declare the dog you own as "HIS VISION", A TRUE SHEPHERD.

And shame on Tina for holding her dogs out as, what she considers the ideal dog, and make a buck to boot!

NO ONE IS ASKING YOU TO BUY, OR EVEN LIKE A SHILOH. The old Shiloh's in our lines were AKC German Shepherds, out of German Bloodlines, Dixie Wienerau I believe is foundation stock. Oh, that's right, I read not long ago that there is issues in that kennels breeding too. Shit, many a GREAT SHOWLINE DOG is out of the same stock.
