Who would have final say? Could someone with a vendetta just post something to slam another.

Won't work here as this place is not moderated as is, now if someone wants to add it to there site go for it but make sure you understand the law before you take on this task.

BTW people can report it to ripoffreport.com.Bad breeder list.......

Well, just as he asked the above question in a thread I created, he did exactly that. Slammed us because of a vendetta. He bit off more than he could chew.   Since he can not show actual true proof of any bad experiences he had or anyone else had with us as bad breeders, does this make his claim a fraudulent report....Seems he ran off at the mouth before he did his homework....Could this be grounds for a lawsuit...? 

Below is  his post saying exactly why he reported us as bad breeders...which has nothing to do with being a breeder. The real reason was because he realized everything we said about him was the truth..He had to do somethng he thought would hurt us. But we won't be the one's that get hurt....

When someone searchs your kennel they will find this and wonder do I really want to do businees with these people.

Beware of Rutavehaus as they are piss poor people that need to walk around and attack people who don't even know who they are for no reason.

Sorry to all of you, but I have had enough of this person insulting my daughter and myself.. Can you people now see this person has no other intentions for being here other than to argue with members of this forum?.. Just this week he has argued with several members. He just jumps from one person to the other. Why would he call out names of people that aren't even participating in threads if its not to try to start trouble.. Just look at the end of the thread about Bad Breeder's list.

No I am not whinning and being a cry baby... Just trying to put an end to something so many are tired of, but are afraid to come out in the open and admit...Someone told me I was next on his list after he was done with her. And sure enough she was right...  Someone might want to explain to him the extent of his accusations and exactly what he did when he filed a fraudulent report, should we decide to take action regarding this....

I have to point out, nonacona, that you state one of your bitches is "within the SV breeding standards" but she does not appear to be titled, therefore, not meeting the SV standards for breeding. If you want to breed untitled stock, that's your prerogative, but careful in your descriptions lest you appear to make false claims. I assume you meant her height but you may want to change your wording a bit.

And I think anyone here with at least one working eyeball and a fifth grade reading comprehension can see that SP likes to argue. No news flashes there.

and if the Females Hips and Elbows are normal why do you not state it below the Pedigree the most logical thing to do if you are promoting the Dogs, and overall the Pedigrees do not make me look twice, Sorry about that Just my thoughs on it as you bring these points up, If you look at my two Dogs pedigrees you will see the SV  Joint results on both, the Baby is too early to do but even she has been done Prelim Hips and Elbows at 5 months old

Yes, KCzaja that is what I meant, her height. I had recently edited that page and guess I read what I was thinking or meaning..Thanks for pointing that out. I have corrected it.. If thats the only mistake I made while editing the site, that doesn't make us bad breeders.. Unfortunately, we do not have a sch club that is very active and close by that is worth the traveling distance.. We probably will not get our dogs titled but that does not mean they are not trained to their abilities.. Our girl Lisa is being trained in PP. Xena is almosted finished her trained as a PPD. I should mention that on that page, but since it is not an offical title, what good what that do...? At least it would show our dogs don't sit in a kennel and are used only for breeding purposes.. This being our second litter in 12 yrs, I hardly think we breed for the money....Our dogs are not OFA'd but they are xrayed to be cleared of HD and ED.  Regardless, we warranty our puppies. We can not guarantee anything, because that is not possible to say it won't happen or it will happen. Only the will of God can guarantee anything. We can only  give a warranty to do our best to make it right...You are right about Sock Puppet, I am just tired of him insulting us..I have been putting up with the ignorance from him for too long. I had to do something. A person can only take so much...He starts the shit and when people defend themselves he screams, "You attacked me..."  Thats nerve from someone who has never contributed anything of value concerning his own experiences or idea about GSDs. Guess that can be expected from a coward that hides behind silly little characters.

Again since you can't remember you and daughter came after me both of you attacked first not me attacking you I never knew you existed until you and daughter decided I was enemy number 1. I am not just going to attack anyone unless they fall in the 4 categories I have always mentioned.
