Okay, am I the only one who finds it amusing I am pursuing Vickie in order to give her a recompensation for a supposed health claim made 8 months ago? It is such a reversal of how these things go! Usually the seller is running for cover, not the buyer....

She still won't give me permission to speak to the diagnosing veterinarian or the OSU records department. Why not? I will need to speak with the diagnosing veterinarian at the least.

I think I am being accused of keeping bad company. LOL. Apparently, my reasonable and fair requests to prove the health claim is all a conspiracy against Vickie.

I will get the address to you, Vickie, as soon as I've spoken to them, if they agree and there are no issues with doing this. If not, I will see if my own vet will do it. I would have taken the records to my vet anyway, so I guess it doesn't make much difference. Please  have OSU send me a tracking number so I may know it went straight to the veterinarian clinic from OSU.

I also need your permission to speak to the diagnosing veterinarian. Don't forget that.  When will you give the vet that permission to speak to me? Why not now? Are all ten of your fingers broken? Could you get someone else to dial it and hold the receiver for you while you do this little thing?

I will get the number of the volunteering veterinarian and get a witness. I'll send that information in the certified demand letter. 

Thank you for your eventual agreement of cooperation, other than the non-cooperation in refusing me permission to speak to the diagnosing veterinarian.

Please keep playing this out. I am anxious to see how this ends. I'm new, but was able to get up to speed, and I have to say, AWESOME! This is better than a dinner & movie!  Who is the bad guy? Only time will tell. I hope this plot keeps twisting and turning! Whee!

I just talked to OSU.  Dr. Culwell is the diagnosing veterinarian.  She is out untill the 28th.  When she gets back she is supposed to call me so that I can tell her that you may talk to her.  I also talked to the records department and asked them to ready Athos' records for them to be mailed, I had not told them before when I asked them to get them ready previously that I wanted them sent to you and your veterinarian.  I called with the addresses to give to them and at that time they informed me that they could only send them to myself or the refering veterinarian which would be Hect.  You can PM me and I will give you OSU's number so that you can verify what I am telling you is true about Dr. Culwell being out of office and what the medical records department told me.  I will not put the number here because of Juliesue and Linda Chapman.

     This all seems rather fishy here.As a person that studies human nature, there appears to be EVERY EXCUSE under the sun that this Vicky will not provide the requested medical records to Veronica.
     She appears to have just tried to buy herself two weeks time to provide the proof that has been requested for a very long time now.
     I have been here for quite some time now, trying to learn more about German Shepherds. It seems that it is easier to release a persons medical records to a third party than to release a dogs medical records. This just does not make sense.
      May I ask, WHO has this poor dog now? Is his only value his sperm count? And Vicky, if you don't mind my asking, How has a person who claims to have lost everything not so very long ago, having to sell your beloved dogs, now be in a position to buy new dogs, rescue dogs and have a successful business.
       I might like to use this info in my upcoming book,From Rags to Riches in a few short months.
If I recall, your life was just about over not so very long ago. I guess miracles DO happen.
      I'm also wondering IF you were able to retreive any of your beloved animals that devistated you to part with.
      I ONLY bring this up due to the fact that you seem intent on destroying a persons reputation, but will not provide the proof.
    You owe me NO answers , but you DO owe Veronica answers, or an apology.
