I think most problems here would be removed if they had an IQ test required to become a registered user.

Don't think an IQ test would solve anything...Many times its those with the high IQ's that are the least intelligent when it comes to common sense and communicating....

IQ also has nothing to do with showing respect towards others.

Friendly reminder:  Please stay on track.  This thread is solely about the TOS, and is not  a bully pulpit for airing  grievances about other members.
Thanks for your cooperation

the language in # 2 needs to be changed to clarify  ! # 2 says religion or politics will not be allowed in any forum! Is this a typo ? should read religion and politics will not be allowed IN any form on any  and all  portions of this public forum! With the exclusion of legislative action affecting our sport or effecting the welbeing  of our dogs or kennels!Just a suggestion!!

Sorry moderator...Didn't mean for it  to seem like it was airing grievances about other members. It wasn't that at all....Actually I was thinking about my lil cousin with an IQ that is unbelievable when it comes to problem solving and book work...  However, her communication skills and the ability to express her thoughts and ideas just isn't there.....So in my opinion, a persons ability to communicate or express them selves doesn't always have to do with an IQ..That is what I was trying to get across.....

To be on topic, I personally think that anyone regardless of their IQ should have the right to post on a public open forum....No one should be punished because of their IQ....JMO

Raymond:  If you are asking whether or not topics like Breed Specific Legislation, spay/neuter laws, rabies legislation, that are about dogs and specifically mention dogs  are acceptable,  then yes, but other than within  those narrow constraints as outlined, absolutely no political threads and no religious threads.
