In regards to the shoulder combination, what is important in the end for the fore front reach is the distance AB shown below.

Also the fore front reach (AE) is actually the summation of 3 horizontal distances as shown below
AB + CD + DE

Please note that if front upper arm opens more than 90 degrees then we will have a fourth horizontal distance which is BC and thus fore front reach increases, in this case it is the number in pink.

I think that is the case with Dingo, I say I think because the point of shoulder might not be exactly where I drew it and in that case the angle might be less than 103 degrees, but my best guess it is more than 90 degrees, maybe 95 degrees !!!

But on the other hand if the dog can not open his front upper arm upto or little more than 90 degrees, and opens it short of the 90 degrees then that BC distance becomes negative (backwards) and will be deducted from the summation of the other three distances and fore front reach will become less as shown below
